I had a small accident that dented and scratched a small area on my front bumper. A previous guy tried to color match and fix my bumper but he did a bad job and Marco noticed. Marco said he would be able to fix it and redo the entire bumper at a reasonable cost. It says he mobile but I dropped it off at his residence on the weekend. During the whole process he sent me pics of what was going on and it looked clean and legit- my bumper appeared to be the only thing he worked on while the rest of the car was covered. At the end of the weekend, I picked up my car. After some inspections, there was a couple clear coat drops and minor imperfections. Fine- I thought it would buff out and could be corrected. He re-sprayed the whole bumper and blended into the lines and it looked good. He also said that the bumper will never be 100% and that if I noticed anything I didn't like, to not get mad and let him know to fix it. However when I returned home, my wife noticed fish eye marks on the middle of the hood. I also noticed vertical scratches on the hood which were never there as there was no damage. To confirm my suspicions that the hood had also been resprayed, two separate details guys said it was under the clear coat and that they could definitely see the hood had been worked on. I took many pictures and sent to Marco, showing the slight color mismatch that was in the bumper and going into the hood. I also asked him about a couple areas on the bumper itself that weren't sprayed evenly with clear coat and/or paint. He got very defensive and said his only job was the bumper and that he didn't touch the hood. When I asked him about the hood and if it was the previous guy, he avoided the question. He said his job was complete on the bumper and basically gaslighted me to think I was crazy that he worked on the hood when it was only the bumper that needed repairing. I told him that he said to let him know if any issues and when I did, he denies that anything was wrong. I also asked him to come to my location to fix since he was "mobile" but he said that bc he didn't do the hood work that I should go to him as if he's doing me a favor. Hell no! Why do u say ur mobile if u don't actually drive to ur clients place. I also asked him that if he didn't specifically touch the hood, then whomever he works with definitely did. This dudes work is mediocre at best. If u have a small job maybe he can do it. But on my bumper, there was overspray onto the grill, bad blend lines, fisheye marks on hood and bumper wherever he touched and a couple dried clear coat drip marks. I would recommend if u have a old beater car but I had a brand new bmw and he didn't take responsibility for the shotty hood work that wasn't even supposed to be done in the first place! So now I have to have a pro body shop fix his crappy work and it's costing me more than I would've spent if I went to a reputable place. I won't say it's all negative as he did clean up the previous guys bad work on the bumper, but a whole other bunch of issues came out of it on the hood now. Just own ur mistake and fix it. It's worse to lie and say u didn't do any work when I can clearly see that there was work done and there's rough clear coat lines on the hood. read more

I came across this business page on Yelp and saw a new up and coming mobile repair shop. I spoke to the owner Marco and he was pretty responsive. I wanted a quote on a repair for my front bumper area. Driving in San Diego roads can be somewhat of a hassle with rock chips and in my case road debris smacking my front lip. On a black car that is even more obvious. Marco quoted me a more than fair price IMO and I scheduled a weekend job for him to show up. He showed up with a partner and got to work on my driveway. I was actually impressed with his detail as he had a commercial van, the tools, and the set up down. I saw he also covered my car from back to front with a cover to prevent over spraying. Upon finishing the job I was pretty happy with the outcome considering I didn't want to drop a grand for a simple repair and paint job for a bumper. The small dent caused by the road debris was gone and the paint job was very good for the price. He noted some over spray from a previous paint job done by someone else on my fog light plastic trim area and a few more spots of plastic trim near my tires. He offered to come back and fix those areas after the paint set. A few days later he did just that and those areas look good as new. Marco gave me an fast estimate from photos I sent him. The price was fair and below shops with massive overhead expenses. My Lexus has three stage paint, which is more difficult to match than standard paint jobs. He did a superb job of matching and blending. The small dents were undetectable as well after he was done. I reached out to these guys for a deep scratch on the front bumper of a 2021 Highlander. Within minutes I was given a quote that was lower than 3 others I received, and was told they could fix it in an hour. Appointment was set, at their place, within two days. I was told it could be a mobile fix, but I live in an apartment complex that is very strict and no work on cars is allowed. Driving to, I felt skeptical about the work because I thought I would be in a typical car shop but, it was at the owner's house. Once I got it off the car, Marco greeted me and as I looked around, it became obvious that the place is fully equipped and that they know what they're doing. He had a partner working alongside and they communicated extremely well and worked fast. Marco explained the process beforehand and during every step. Answered all my questions without hesitation.
