You can trust them...you won't be stranded. There is a scarcity of affordable shuttles in the area and Uber/Lyft do not work too well. I got quotes from other people and this was the most affordable option we could find (shocking, yes). FYI their website says they charge $4 per mile if you are doing a ride from Summit County to outside of it. Keep in mind that this trip is calculate not from the origin point...but from THEIR origin point in Breckenridge, CO. This is very different from how taxis typically work... A trip from our starting point to Loveland Ski Area (a 13 mile one way ride). This route was separately quoted from two different members of his team. One person quoted $120 each way ($240 RT), the other person quoted $80 each way ($160 RT). Thankfully they were able to honor the cheaper route they quoted. That being said, we had a great time using this shuttle and it is very reliable. This is a great option if you are afraid of driving (some routes are pretty dangerous especially in snowy/windy conditions).

When our travel plans changed Alexa was very responsive and understanding. All of my inquiries were addressed with an immediate response. We flew into CO for a week. Craig welcomed us at the airport and also drove us to Breck the next day. He was so patient and kind especially when I asked him about the area. The driver waited for us to have lunch and then we had a nice scenic tour of the city, Flatiron Vistas and Chatauqua Park. Not only was I escorting older adults but 2 use walkers and 1 uses a cane. There's an added step on the vehicles and both drivers helped them in and out of the vehicles with dignity and grace. Boulder Transport makes everything super easy. I received multiple texts stating "take me about three minutes to get there," "3 minutes," "I'm coming," etc. Yet the vehicle did not arrive until approximately 6:40pm. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. I'm sharing this experience for travelers who prioritize reliability and clear communication when arranging airport transportation.
