It felt like the billing didn't align with the actual service time. Customer service/front desk issues: The front desk staff was unprofessional. I had a phone conversation with them that ended abruptly with the staff hanging up while we were still talking. Additionally, I felt that the staff member was not patient when I asked for clarification on my questions. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and the tone of the conversation became increasingly impatient. While I cannot say for sure, this interaction made me feel uncomfortable, and I wonder if there might have been a lack of patience due to factors like communication barriers.

She told us to get my son weighed in for free at the Lactation Center so we don't need to come in her office and get charged with the office visit fee. On top of that my insurance bills me the second time for almost 2k. The front desk said my insurance would cover it. The front desk girl would never call me to update me on anything.
