I addressed it was front desk's job to verify the insurance before the appointment. They didn't ask me to provide insurance information when I called in. I took half day off for my appointment and I was physically in the office, and Dr Cheng discharged me. I tried to explain to Dr Cheng and he told me he can't see me if i can't provide insurance proof. I wasted 2 hours for the appointment. Cheng and his staff don't show respect for their patients.

My range of motion was very limited and honestly affecting my daily life. After about 10 sessions, I've seen a big improvement. I've regained most of my mobility, with only a bit of difficulty remaining when reaching my upper back. That kind of progress feels huge. Vidhi played a big role in my recovery--she's truly one of the best there. She clearly knows her craft and helped me steadily increase my range of motion with the right balance of challenge and care. I also want to highlight Lilian at the front desk. She genuinely cares about patients. At one point, I tried to adjust my schedule so I could always be seen by Vidhi--even if it meant skipping a month. Lilian advised me to check with Vidhi first. I went ahead anyway, but she took the initiative to inform Vidhi, who then explained that skipping a month would actually slow my progress. That level of attentiveness and teamwork really stood out. The person who schedules post-op therapy told me that I couldn't be seen for 6 weeks post surgery! Even though I just finished therapy for my back issues! I got an appointment and when I arrived my appointment was changed to an intern not a therapist, I waited at a table for over 30 minutes and was not seen and not asked about my pain level so I left! The owner was very upset to hear about my experience and reached out but by that time I had already scheduled by post op therapy with Peak Performance so that I could start my rehabilitation process as soon as possible.
