After a botched surgery, all the surgeons/doctors I consulted had a bleak outlook on my recovery, but Cartney Dzoan and Nelson Tumanda have helped me get back on my feet slowly but surely. They are life savers!!! Both Cartney/Nelson listen to the patient's issues, work with my day-to-day progress/regressions, aches, and pains, and help alleviate them every session with different techniques skillfully. They are magicians and skilled in their craft of healing people! Both of them are true assets to the WHHS team, but more importantly, a significant blessing to patients. The facility appeared spotless and well-organized, with a comfortable waiting area and clearly marked signage. The medical team demonstrated excellent bedside manner, explaining procedures thoroughly and addressing all concerns with patience. This outpatient surgery experience made my father feel at ease and less anxious, largely due to the compassionate care he received. I recommend bringing your own lunch or snacks, as waiting times can be lengthy--sometimes lasting several hours--and there is no vending machine on-site. Overall, I highly recommend this facility and would gladly return if we need another outpatient procedure, confident in the quality of care provided.

She saw her previous doctor for her annual physical and although she was having trouble walking, he said "see you next year". With that, she knew she had to change doctors! She was referred to Dr. Tilley and the intake woman spent an hour talking to her. My sister finally found a caring environment! Dr. Tilley ran some tests and she was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. She finally had a diagnosis after all these years! He referred her to a specialist for that disease. Be aware that the patient needs to be involved in making sure their insurance covers Dr, Tilley as under their plan. And they need to be involved somewhat in getting authorizations for referrals to other doctors and certain procedures. Insurance companies often take a long time to do the authorization, and it is adventitious that the patient keep track and even contact their insurance company to check progress.

I had a great experience at IMotion Physical Therapy. I originally went in because I could barely…read moremove my right arm--reaching back was difficult, and lifting it up caused real pain. My range of motion was very limited and honestly affecting my daily life. After about 10 sessions, I've seen a big improvement. I've regained most of my mobility, with only a bit of difficulty remaining when reaching my upper back. That kind of progress feels huge. Vidhi played a big role in my recovery--she's truly one of the best there. She clearly knows her craft and helped me steadily increase my range of motion with the right balance of challenge and care. I also want to highlight Lilian at the front desk. She genuinely cares about patients. At one point, I tried to adjust my schedule so I could always be seen by Vidhi--even if it meant skipping a month. Lilian advised me to check with Vidhi first. I went ahead anyway, but she took the initiative to inform Vidhi, who then explained that skipping a month would actually slow my progress. That level of attentiveness and teamwork really stood out.
