We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. Not only did the tow truck arrive ( driven by his son) Robert arrived in his OWN vehicle to drive us to the tire store. Talk about 1st Class Service. We are so grateful for this company.

When I was quoted over $600, I trusted them when I asked if this was a typical price and she said they are competitive to the area. If this was a bigger rig and needed a big rig tow, sure maybe, but they should have reduced the price when a standard tow truck was used. i feel down right ripped off.

I noticed a problem with the vehicle I hadn't seen until just before his arrival. I called AAA back requesting a tow to a local shop. The Jeep dealership had permanently closed so we were in a quandary where to go. We finally decided on Burnout Boys Garage. The tow driver was very careful as we followed him to the garage.
