We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. I noticed a problem with the vehicle I hadn't seen until just before his arrival. I called AAA back requesting a tow to a local shop.
