The owner is a lovely gentleman, who is very knowledgeable on his wine and liquor. He is able to answer any question you may have about anything in the store. Tell him what you like, he quickly and expertly, offers a recommendations. It's not a large store, but it's well stocked. The prices are more than reasonable. It's tucked away in a small corner of a mostly empty shopping center on GI. But don't let that scare you away. It's perfect and the only place I buy liquor and wine from anymore.

Prices are reasonable, especially for the tiny shot bottles in the front near the counter. They also have a NY Lottery counter where you can play your numbers or buy some scratch tickets. The concept of a store that sells only beer and a few other things is a new one to me. Until…read morerecently I had only lived in California where folks generally buy their beer, wine and hard liquor at the grocery store where they buy everything else. It was interesting to find that the alcohol laws are so different here in New York. But I love a (practically) beer only store! Because you know what isn't allowed in CA?? Filling growlers anywhere except a brewery tap room! And even some tap room locations don't have the right permits to fill your growlers. We love the rotating beers. That's how I discovered Sour Monkey by Victory...and fell in love. As far as customer service and prices, we've never had an issue. They did accidentally charge my husband for a six pack of Coke when it was supposed to be a single can. I noticed later on the receipt, so he brought it up to the cashier the next time he was in and was refunded no problem.
