BILL IS WAY TOO OLD OR LAZY TO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS AND REALLY SHOULD JUST RETIRE/QUIT/END. UNSAFE TO HAVE A GUY LIKE THAT WORK FOR YOUR ELECTRIC. Listen to this true story: I had the absolute worst experience, first phone call I called them with full confidence if they could help make an estimate to install my Tesla Y. He hurriedly says to me on the phone when I ask if he's sure he can make it: "Listen maam, if I SAY I'm gonna be there, I'm gonna be there! That's my WORD." Hangs up. On the day of the appointment, he is supposed to arrive between 10-1 that time I took off from work for the appointment. Not only does he never show up, when I call at about 2pm asking what happened, he make some fake excuse IN HIS VOICE that "this isn't bill, he isn't here right now and can't make the appointment because something came up suddenly", then when I ask to reschedule or why they didn't tell me in advance, they YELL "we can't come today! go to another person! " and HANG UP, noted again on me. Without rescheduling or anything, so I think that's that and I book with someone else and forget them. Then in the morning TWO DAYS AFTER their missed appointment and getting hung up on when following up, they randomly call and leave a message at 8am saying "We will be there in about 15 minutes" WHAT??!?!?! My appointment was TWO DAYS AGO and they just decided to schedule me in whenever they felt like it without telling me, or even knowing if I was available or interested still. Mind you, this is MULTIPLE DAYS CALLED OFF OF WORK TO WAIT FOR THEM. Thousands of dollars stolen by these days. No regard whatsoever to other people's schedules and lives and literally assume they can CHANGE THE TIME of the appointment to whatever THEY PLEASE without even CONFIRMING with the customer. Then when I called them that morning, they IMMEDIATELY started talking over me while I started speaking my issue, and CUT ME OFF MULTIPLE TIMES and when I asked why can you listen to your customer speak they literally said "Fine we're waiting for you hurry up" when I was voicing my complaint ABOUT BEING TWO DAYS LATE WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME OR RESCHEDULING. Not only did these guys cost me my days off time of thousands of dollars, they lied multiple times on the phone, made multiple calls to the WRONG CUSTOMER, mixed up peoples appointments, then didn't even apologize and HUNG UP multiple times when I confronted them about it. There is no slander here but THE TRUTH, the business is foul and the bill gagnon guy is WAYYYY TOO OLD to be working in business or electric. He FORGOT my appointment I called out of work for, didn't reschedule, then had the nerve to randomly show up mornings after without confirming anything or even seeing if I have availability. RUDE, DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS IF ITS A FREE ESTIMATE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME AND THINK THEY CAN ARRIVE WHENEVER THEY PLEASE WITHOUT CHECKING THE CUSTOMERS SCHEDULE AND CONFIRMING, AND TREAT REAL SUPPORTIVE TESLA CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP. Even after all that; no responsibility, no accountability, constant lies and excuses to make up for their failures. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND WANT GOOD WORK. I exhausted my intelligence of electrical circuitry and began looking for an electrician. I found Blanchette Electrical on Yelp and called them around 3:00 PM. I explained my analysis of the problem and they agreed to come and take a look. They fixed it so quickly I asked them to replace an outdoor plug which had become loose and did not look safe.
