That all went well. We then had a few appetizers and that was good. We watched the presentation of food cooking. We all expected that we would be getting served food items as they were explained. The demonstration was ok. We came hungry and thought things should have happened sooner. When the demonstration was over we were then told to go to the buffet. We were very surprised. It was like being at a banquet/wedding. Then when our 2 glasses of wine came out - that was really sad. The wine was about a shots worth of wine each glass. No where near a glass of wine that was poured at your bar. Sad. Not very good advertising. We all tried the crème brûlée . One was cooked all the way through. One was cooked 1/2 way through and one was like soup. We were not sure which was right. We paid around $170.00 for this meal. If we would have went to a nice restaurant we would have been served had great food and had decent drinks. Your food was good tasting. The chicken Parmesan was not hot. I don't know the schedule, but I ran across Jimmy from time to time as I ran my own deliveries. We would converse a little bit, time permitting. I found out he was a military veteran like me. He is a wealth of local information. So what about the food he carried? Well, it was always spot on as far as I am concerned. In the morning he had breakfast sandwiches that hit the spot! Sometimes when I would catch him around lunch time he had slices of pizza available. Plenty of cold beverages to go around and I'm sure I am missing some of his food items, but I only remember that items that I purchased myself.
