    Great customer services, great work. I was very happy with my boxing Trunk letters. The owner even came out and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work.

    Super disappointed with how these shirts turned out. We read the good reviews and wanted to get two embroidered shirts for our daughter. We were told they would be ready in about a week. We called about a week later and told they still weren't done and they tried to push it off to the following week. I don't know maybe they rushed them but when looking closely at them both has the embroidery done over a seem which looks tacky and makes the letters look like patchy. Also the white shirt has crooked, a bit diagonal lettering. We're not sure now what to do with the shirts. We should have trusted our instincts and picked up the shirts when they said they hadn't got to them and taken them somewhere else. Definitely won't be coming back here!

    You know honestly, I wasn't going to write a review. In fact, a positive 5 star review is long overdue in the past but unfortunately what transpired recently completely changed my outlook enough to create a Yelp account. I been coming to this place for years but very sporadic since I'm commuting from San Francisco via BART, Lyft, Uber, etc. I started off with bringing just baseball jerseys for them to have embroidered: letters, numbers, patches that I supply. I would even bring an extra jersey, print outs, written instructions; basically anything that would make it easy and helpful. Once I was done with my jersey projects, I moved on to letterman jackets; same exact job as the jerseys. I never once pressure them to have it done at a certain time, I never once question their prices and never have I asked for a discount for being a loyal customer. And of course, I would ask them first if the job I'm requesting is even possible since I didn't want to be an inconvenience for them. Anyways, I dropped off two letterman jackets on February 26. I was giving a quote and an estimated target date of completion on March 15. Again, I had no problem with the wait time and prices since I trusted their work. However, they did promised me that if the job was done before, I would get a call. I was fine with that since again I'm commuting from San Francisco and because I work mostly in the afternoon, I always had to plan and time everything perfectly or switch my shift around. I decided to call them on March 12, just to simply see how the progress was going. They told me they were still working on them but the estimated targeted date was still realistic. Again, no problem; that was perfectly fine with me. I called them back on March 16 to see if the jackets were ready. They told me "almost done, they forgot 1 last thing". I told them that's perfectly fine, I'm in no rush. I called back again on March 18 to see if it was ready so I may start heading over there and they told me, "Yes." As soon as I was trying to thank them and let them know I'll be over there shortly, they hanged up on me. That was rude but I figured okay maybe they're busy. Once I get there, they greeted me and went back to their "office" to retrieve the jackets. I take out 1 jersey out from my backpack and place it on the counter to simply ask them if they had a specific color thread for stitching. As soon as she saw the jersey, with a terrified look told me, "No...this is the last time we're doing this kind of work for you." I was confuse and ask her if everything was okay? She continued, "No....this is too much work, too much time, when we should be charging you $1000 for this but we don't." She also told me that she didn't appreciate me calling "too many times since it gave her headaches." I was dumbfounded and explain that I only called to see how the progress was going since they never did call me as promised. I just couldn't believe the hostility and because I was in a serious time crunch to order my Lyft ride back to Hayward BART to head back to the city, I didn't want to argue so I paid for the work and left. After so many years of being loyal, never pressuring them, never rushing them, never questioning their prices, never disrespecting them, they decide their best course of action is taking my business elsewhere because the work I was providing was apparently "too much" for them to handle even though they're the ones who agreed to proceed to do the work and love my money during a pandemic. I don't know if they assume I was profiting off their hard work as every jersey and jacket was for my pleasure based on my artistic vision. And every jersey and jacket I want to passed down to my son when he gets older. And in the end, despite the fact that I gave them instructions and reference photos, they didn't do a "perfect job" as one of the patches was placed wrong along with one of the letters from the other jacket is upside down. Oh well, you live to learn. Thanks for the memories Acme Awards. I wish you the best in all of your future endeavors.

    So my spouse left his jacket in 2011 so today he decides to come and see if they still have his jacket and what do you know they do this is great customer service kept the receipt in a pocket I recommend this business off of that alone!!!!!!! Great customer service!!!! She kept the jacket for 10 years honest ppl still exist!!!

    I came in looking for black lining fabric and left with black linen! I wanted to finish my skirt…read morethat day to wear out and I'm glad I found a light enough fabric that worked well as lining :) Great service, nice people! I was also delighted to find japanese fabrics, didn't buy any that day, but will probably returning for some! While I was there, there was a knitting(?) class going on.     Such a wonderful studio!…read more Came across the studio after having breakfast in the area because I've started needle felting. Found parking conveniently right in front in the street since it was a quiet day out. I was looking for wool roving which she didn't have, however, she was so kind to explain the difference between the types of material and she showed me the correct type of yarn she did have that I'd be able to pull apart with my carding brushes! She had a lot of equipment to use for yarn crafts and it was great to see the variety of product inside. Apparently she holds craft nights and such too which I'm planning on looking into. Prices here were sooo much better than all the places I've found online which is also have to pay extra for shipping. She also even rolled the yarn into a ball for me before we left. Hopefully they'll have wool roving here soon, but I'm thankful for the yarn we were able to purchase for my current projects :) The best part -- her dog Jasper kept us company throughout our whole experience there and he is the absolute cutest cuddle bug! Can't wait to come back.
