I went back to this business because this is the only place that is approved by my hospital for embroidering scrubs, and I wanted to give them a second chance. Denise was very pleasant and kind to me, each time I went there. We discussed what I needed for my scrubs along with the timeframe and date I needed them by. I planned to pick them up on Friday and she was kind enough to call and text me to let me know they would be closed on Friday and reopened on Monday, due to Easter. Denise provided excellent service and if I could, I'd give her five stars. However, the reason I am leaving a one star is because of my experience with Carlene. She confronted me about a negative review I left years ago. Instead of asking why I left the review or how she can address my concerns, she asked me to take it down. She continuously cut me off during our conversation and told me that I don't know anything because I'm "young". I was actually planning on writing them a five star review solely due to Denise's pleasant customer service, but due to Carleen's NASTY ATTITUDE and her being INCREDIBLY RUDE to me AGAIN, I decided not to. I expected her to be more professional and kinder, but she was being very hostile and defensive. Carlene, I hope you can learn to listen to customers point of view instead of jumping to conclusions and being defensive. You are only self-sabotaging your business when great employees like Denise work so hard to give your business a good reputation. read more

They don't print on your own T-shirts. I love giving local shops business from a corporate card. I much rather spend money locally than order via custom ink, especially when my company doesn't care to much what the bill is. An example being, I ordered over 2k worth of succulents front a tiny hole in the wall shop in Castro Valley rather than purchasing the same succulents from Home Depot or online. The shop owners cried when I brought this business to them. That's why I am bummed. I purchased some really nice Nike shirts and wanted to bring them here to get a logo added but was told they don't accept shirts that aren't their own. SuggestIon. As I am sure there is justified reasoning behind your policy, I would still suggest you evaluate the project first before turning business away. As someone who runs large conferences, I'm constantly in search of local shops that I can support. This could have easily been a 5k job turned down without even listening to me for more than 2 seconds on the phone. Oh well, business going elsewhere I guess. read more

ACMC Volunteering requires us free laborers to get our scrubs embroidery'd with the logo. The ladies there were extremely friendly AND quick. I was told by my supervisor that I would have to leave and pick it up a few days later. But if you go there in the morning at like 10AM where people are still sleeping then you can be out in 10 minutes! They're an awesome small local business.
