I dropped off my graduation stole last Friday and met Omar, one of the brothers who runs this business. He's knowledgeable, an expert and clear about his embroidery service. I dropped it off last Friday 5/2, and picked it up 5/8 (turnaround time is quick). You can also purchase an expedited order for a $15 charge. As we were preparing my designs, he told me how they have two locations (their first location starting in Daly City) and their Emeryville location which opened a little over a year ago to cater to Berkeley grads. I had a (very) last minute request to have some embroidery placed on my kiddo's Halloween costume - and I wasn't sure where I could go to have it done. I found this shop in a quick Google search and crossed my fingers. Not only was Omar incredibly kind and patient, he was knowledgeable and honest about what we could and couldn't do. He worked with me on figuring out the details, and then - surprisingly (and probably sensing some mom desperation) - he took care of the order within the hour. I wanted to print just one T-shirt and checked out the store in Emeryville. Staff was very helpful and they have a huge selection of shirts. I placed my order online and even asked if they could have it ready earlier than the usual lead time. Everything was ready on time and the shirt looked great! We wanted to have two custom t-shirts printed for gifts and had no idea where to go. A lot of printing companies have a high minimum. We are so glad that we found T-Shirt Source, which has no minimum and has stores in Emeryville and Daly City. We couldn't be happier with T-Shirt Source from our beginning online inquiry through picking up the t-shirts. Amer was very helpful and made the entire process super easy and fun. We didn't know anything about the different ways to print and had a lot of questions. Amer answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly; he explained everything very well. Amer was always very nice, helpful, and professional. When he sent the proposal with pictures, we were very happy with them. We requested a small change on one of the shirts and Amer quickly sent a revised picture. Amer told us when the shirts would be ready and they were. When we went to the Emeryville store to pick the t-shirts up, we had another positive experience with Omar who was also very nice, helpful, and professional. We had a brief, interesting discussion with Omar about the evolution of modern printing techniques.
