Jan herself told me that they would not pre-schedule a pickup unless it was to the airport, and Jan said to call at 1:15 and she would take care of it. I called at 1:15, and no one picked up. I left a message. I called again at 1:30, again no answer. At 1:40, I called again, and Jan finally picked up, and said she was busy with other customers and didn't call me back. Really crappy customer service to know that you are leaving a teen girl stranded so that you can make an extra $5 taking someone to the airport.

Interestingly enough the positive reviews led to Arizona Taxi as my new number one choice after independently researching various taxi cab, ride share and black car services. After speaking with Danny, the dispatch manager, I immediately knew this was the right selection...these people have the transportation business down to a science. Throughout the process I received prompt email/text communications during booking, with driver info, pickup/drop off location & time and flight status. Their vehicles are spotless & the drivers are personable & professional. Even at my 4 am pickup time, I received a text in advance of arrival and my driver, Lee, greeted me with a welcoming smile. To give you an indication as to what a tight knit group this is....Lee volunteered to take another driver's shift that morning because it was his daughter's birthday...what a great team. On my return trip, Jerry, who is wonderful, was my driver. He also happened to be the driver for my sister and brother-in-law which included transport of the all-important wedding dress and a quick re-route back to their home, after the initial departure, to pick up a forgotten item and still provided on-time arrival at the airport. Thank goodness I did: at 7:55 am, I called to see when the taxi would arrive and was told in "in 10 minutes". I expressed displeasure but since I had built in extra time, I said fine with the delay. At 8:05am, I called again and was told "we have no drivers in your area. It will be 20-45 minutes". !!!!! Worst of all, her tone was so "Yeah, so? whaddya gonna do? sue us?". Told her that was unacceptable and cancel the reservation. Lyft arrived 4 minutes later.

A company with no backup or alternative solution to their problem. To not miss our flight, we had to drive ourselves and use airport parking. This lousy service cost us $200 in parking. She helped us load all of our bags, and before leaving reminded us if we had critical belongings for our trip (which we happened to have forgotten!) We were running late to the airport, and Lenae made suggestions to help offset lost time, and even helped us get us checked in.
