Paid 49.99 for a hand car wash and detail cleaning inside. The worst job ever. I was very disappointed. My car had streak of some kind of solution all over. My windows had streaks inside and outside. All windows a think layer of white streaks. It's like they used the dirty rag to wipe down my windows. My interior was vacuumed but not wiped down. This job is the reason to wash my car washed again. I take my car here fairly often. This is the first time I've been disappointed. My front windshield and back window are dirtier than before I got my car washed! I had to drive at night and my vision was so impaired I had to pull over and clean them myself. I'm guessing they used filthy towels to clean the front and back windows. And the dash board was also dirtier than when I brought the car in. They just lost a regular customer. read more

I've been taking my cars to get cleaned for the past three years and I have no complains. Two of my cars has cloth interior and it gets cleaned very good when I take them to get the cloth cleaned. My big car has leather seats and they also do a good job. Specially in the hand car wash. read more

This car wash is not the best. First off if you just leave your car there while you leave the car wash they will just drive it through the machine so they rip you off from there and when you get back to pick up your car they say they "hand-washed" it. One of the cashiers is hard to understand since English isn't his first language. The supervisor doesn't do his job right and most of the time my car is skipped. Made an appointment for a full detailing, The one that cost 220$. I made the app three days prior to taking my car in so they could staff accordingly as detailing takes time and energy. Car was ready after 5 hours, I hopped in and drove off assuming it was perfect.. On my way home I noticed coffee, crumbs, stains, smears and armor all all over. Took it straight back to demand a refund or have them try to remedy the issue... They offered to clean and touch up problem areas but after having the car for 5 hours I was already at a time crunch. I myself was helping them clean the dirty grill, rims, dead bugs, and spots on the glass.. The car was still filthy and not even waxed, or clay barred as it was supposed to be. It was frustrating. I took it home to touch up other spots and further clean missed dirt and and clean the vents. The owner/manager did give me two coupons for future washes/waxes worth 100$ He also offered to redo the entire detailing which was very thoughtful but I needed it done that day, hence why I made the appointment.. Thanks for the effort 120$ for basically a basic wash and mediocre vacuum job.... The staff there was very helpful in cleaning, they gave it a once over with a rag, but this is a full detailing.. Toothpick and q-tip status. I even had one employee tell me they forgot about it because it got busy...I'll use the coupons in the future for my other car.. But I I still got burned badly.... I come here to get gas and every time I go here the employees are always so nice. They'll even pump your gas for you! How kind! This is the only gas station that I've seen that does this. You also pay after you're done putting in the gas and you don't pay at the pump, which I actually prefer. I never swipe my card at the pump at any gas station because I have a fear that my card info will get stolen. read more

I bring both of my Lexus here for the exterior hand wash weekly or as needed, and tires only. I do the inside myself at home. I have actually checked their car wash products and they are comparable to the products I purchase at the Lexus dealership. My cars are always very clean and look good when the guys are done. 21.99 is a good price for this service. I run my 1997 Dodge thru the machine at the other location up on North Main, 8.99 for their wash with extra's if you hit the early bird special, and I always do. read more

OMG car wash system is ridiculous. I paid $25 to wash, vacuum and coat my tires. I went through the line to wash my car, had to go through the line again to get car vacuumed. It took one hour and 15 min. It then went to the tire and glass cleaning. That took 30 min more. Not recommended. Will not be returning again. read more

If I could put 0 stars for customer service, I would. I've been a loyal customer of Acme for 10 years. I recently had my carpets cleaned, brought the vehicle home, and let it air out with the windows down (as they suggested) overnight to help air it dry. The next day my vehicle wouldn't start. I had it towed to a mechanic only to find out that all of the electrical under the seat was flooded, water was in all of the connections, and some blue corrosion started to occur. The mechanic put fans on it for an additional 2 days in order to get it dry. The car wash owner refused to help cover the $680 diagnostic and repair bill. He wanted to be able to "see the damage first hand himself" and since it was dry now, that it was too late and not their fault. Talking with other locals, they too have had issues of this exact car wash taking zero responsibility for damages to their vehicles. Stay far, far away! read more

This was my 3 rd time here. The place is always busy on weekends when I can get over there, but this time the service was so poor I came right home to write this business up. I paid for an external car wash with tire treatment, and the inside of the car was supposed to be vacuumed and the seats wiped down. My car is a diesel, so it gets a film on the rear end, and I asked the man at the beginning of the wash the give it a little extra attention. He did, but the car still came out dirty. The man who was supposed to vacuum and wipe the seats down didn't even do the right hand side of my car at all. This is not a fast car wash, so by the time I got my car, and thought about making them re do the wash, I realized I would be there another half hour and decided it was not worth the time on a busy day. I won't be back, not when there are so many choices in the area...unless management responds here and offers to get it right. Bottom line: how any employee could have brought my car out as "done" is beyond me...for eighteen bucks I can do better on my own, or have my kids do it for 5.00! read more

These guys did the most amazing job with a full detail!!!! I couldn't have spent my money any better anywhere else. The staff members were courteous and professional even under intense pressure as they had a line of at least 20 cars. Def a hard working group of individuals! My car looks brand new even after having have dragged profusely by two young children. They shampooed the seats and carpet + cleaned and dressed the entire vehicle for a very fair price. Get your car in early to avoid traffic and shorten wait time. I have to commend this place because as I was waiting w/ the kids outside by the tree, the guy comes up to me & hands me $100 ($20 = x5) he found somewhere in the car. I would've never known if he didn't return it but he did. Not everyone has integrity like that. Although, when I told the manager that the guys working on my car is very honest & I am thankful, the manager didn't seem to care at all. Which is sad because not everyone will return $ to you nowadays. This is why I give 5 stars. As for cleaning, I would give it about a 3-4 stars. They did great but there was some streaks & the door handle had some dirt that wasn't there before. (Probably from the rag used). But overall all I think it's great for the price you pay. I paid $30.00 for a full detail inside & out (for a van) so I'm not expecting a $200 job either. Oh & they cleaned the kids' car seats also. (There's 2 in the van). Let me just say I don't really write reviews but I was so surprised that I feel I should. I live on the Peninsula and the car wash situation there is mediocre. I really needed to get my car cleaned because I'm driving a softball carpool and the car was a disaster. I decided to give Acme a try on my lunch hour. Mind you I've had this car for 11 years. I've had it since my kid was a baby. There are many years of wear and tear. Like I said I do get it cleaned but the outcome has been average at best so you would not imagine how surprised I was when I was given my keys back to find it SPARKLING!! This was the first time I tried this place (I usually go to Villa on highway 68, awesome place) because I was in the neighborhood. I ended up getting the special which included a wax ($29.95)...outside of the car looked great but the inside was awful! Barely cleaned at all, very sloppy and it was a very slow day so no excuses! I was very disappointed that I payed almost $30 for basically an outside only service. Def go to villa, not here! Colossal waste of time and money. My car was only minimally clean after leaving this place. Their towels left streaks all over my car and I had to spend an extra 20 minutes fixing that. I YELP when service & products are either excellent or poor. This one poor due to continued price increases. Youch!! Truck drivers be advised! Brought my 2002 F350 in for a wash & wax. A year or so ago this was $29.95. Now posted as $39.95. The attendant quoted me $45 for being oversize. A standard size pickup truck, and pretty clean to start. It's a 50% increase. I declined. We backed up the cars behind and I left. It's the tipping point where I am doing my own washing once again and saving $45 (50 with tip?). While the attendant was polite the "oversize" fee seems to be exercised at his discretion. I have never been charged "oversize" before. Washing & waxing quality has in the past been so-so, just average. Some of their crew work like dogs like the guy alone who dry at the exit of the washer, others casually wax the same spot over & over when customers are watching. This place was very disorganized and if you're not vigilant they will miss areas on your vehicle so, watch it through the after washing process. You would think you wouldn't have to but these guys may only be making minimum wage. There's another car wash further up the road I think it's call foam wash which is much more organized and better service. I had to specifically ask them to redo certain parts of the car where dirt remained. I asked the guy who was directing the workforce about spots missed and his respond; you've already paid for it. Rather than assuring me it would be addressed. That left me with more doubt about their service. Nonetheless I did leave s tip. I doubt I'll bring my car back here. read more
