Tried to get a key fob for my SUV. Had to visit the Gilbert and Mesa stores three times to try and get the right fob and programming--for some reason the programming software is different between stores. Got conflicting information from different employees. In the end it could not be done so they refunded my money. The staff was courteous and tried to be helpful but ended up with no solution over 3 weeks. read more

And Murphy's Law, after I hung up, I found the key I needed, so no longer needed the appointment. Feels like I have been scammed for a couple thousand bucks. Technician first submitted a quote (which I paid for by the way) that was only for front door, despite having spent an hour onsite, and going over painstakingly every detail we wanted on all of the doors. So he got 1 out of 8 right? The quote was 'lost' for weeks because they had wrong email? Finally come on site and after half a day he wraps only to find when we open doors we can't re-lock them, and when we call for support to report the issue we are told it will have to get fixed tomorrow.
