One of the things I've always liked best about them is my ability to get freshly cut meat. I usually get a beef shoulder roast from them, and it's fresh and usually available. Today, I think they went above and beyond for me. When I asked for my order, the person gave me a much smaller piece than I asked for, and it seemed more fatty than what I usually order. OK. I'm not an expert on meat, and I was disappointed with the smaller size cut, but I could live with it. I was looking for things in another part of the store, when I saw them looking for me. The supervisor appeared with the guy who cut my meat, and apologized for giving me the wrong cut of meat. They took back what they gave me, and cut me a new correct piece! That was an extremely customer-focused thing to do, and I very much appreciated it!

He grows most of the vegetables and what he doesn't farm himself, he gets from local growers. Both he and his local suppliers use organic growing principles.
