I dont want to condemn the entire store because of one rude deli girl but I was in there today Fri June 10 @ 12:15 pm with my elderly sister who suffers from many illnesses one being Macular Degeneration so her eyesight is poor...the young man that waited on her was trying to understand her request and there was a misunderstanding about egg salad and egg potato salad.....he was very nice and trying...when this woman with a hairnet standing in the backround yelled.."TRY READING THE SIGN"!! to my sister whos practically legally blind. I was furious....I wouldnt say that to any customer!....its rude and in my sisters case very inconsiderate.... she needs a class in customer service. smh read more

Other than the beer garden area, this place hasn't changed much in many many years. And that's a good thing. It's always organized, in stock, and for the most part fairly priced. Nice job keeping it going all these years. Keep it up :) read more

I always shop here and it's great! I use the giant direct pickup and never have any issues.

It would be nice if there was sanitizing wipes for the carts, hand sanitizer or hand wipes available at the register after people touch the pin pad multiple times at checkout. Isn't that a rule? read more

Giant is the only store we shop in on a regular basis. We were so happy to have a Giant this close when we moved, but were a bit disappointed in this particular store. The store is small in comparison to some of the Giants we've been in. It doesn't have an organic section or that big a produce section. That said, it does have some of the best prices in the area and we do shop here on a semi-regular basis - when we're not driving out of our way to a bigger Giant. If you can avoid going on a weekend then it's advisable. This Giant is in a shopping center with a Walmart and so the parking lot is usually nuts! read more

Store has declined in the last few months! The focus has turn to the beer market while the rest of the store is in decline and the prices continue to rise. Produce is rotten, tried to purchase grapes on sale every bag contained grapes that were mushy, wanted to purchase potatoes for the holiday could not find one bag with out rot inside. The deli counter staff are another story. They are extremely slow, make faces when asked to cut less than a pound, and if you dare to ask for certain thickness if you get Dave he will purposefully cut the meat in a chunk. It is unfortunate management has not stayed in top of the store especially for the high prices it charges. read more

Got to the store tonight 5 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve. I only needed to buy two bottles of wine for Christmas Day. I asked the employee to ask the manager if I could just get that and get out. He asked someone and then this tall blonde kid got involved and came to the door. He rudely told me that the store is closed and that quote " I had all month to but what I needed" who the hell does this punk think he is. I could not see his name but he was at least 6 feet tall, skinny guy and blonde hair. That's how you treat people on Christmas Eve? Worst service ever. This punk should be fired for talking to customers that way. Never will shop there again, as Shoprite is right down the block. I hope Giant's manager and and Giant corporate sees this post. When we 1st moved to Levittown we shopped here but since Shop Rite moved into the Queen Anne Plaza ( across the street ) we switched over. Giant has become an older, dirty store ( look at floors by racks, notice the build up ) and if the floors look that funky imagine what it looks like in the backroom / storage area. Perhaps in time management will bring the store back to it's former glory. read more

This store is large but a mess. I shopped here on Sunday afternoon and the produce section was a mess and sparse. The few pieces of corn on the cob left on the table were rotting inside. The selection of mozzerella cheese was lame, there was hardly any seafood to speak of (and what was there was farm raised and/or not appealing) and their gluten free selection? Not so great, no specific section set aside just random items here and there, which makes it a lot of work just to find what you're looking for. They do not carry gf waffles or crackers and just a few cereals. read more

They have renovated recently and have a decent selection of organic and health foods. They have competitive prices and a good selection in general. I feel the customer service is much better here in comparison with the nearby Shop Rite or Pathmark - all the staff I've interacted with have been friendly and polite (unfortunately, that nowadays seems the exception rather than the rule in certain places). read more

I have never been more angry leaving a store in my life. We walked around the Fairless Hills PA store at 8:00 pm until 9:40 pm. When we got to the front with a cart full of products (including a big bag of dog food and big pack of water). We were told by the Only cashier open that we will not be rung up by her as she is done at 10:00 pm. We asked the self check out people (who were standing around talking) where we could have our merchandise rung up and she said there was no open tills after the cashier was done. We asked what we were supposed to do? She said complain to the manager. We left our full cart there and left the store. They were rude and did not care to listen to our frustration or give any help or answers. Where is your communication? Where are the signs saying you don't ring people up after 10:00pm??? A 365 day 24/7 open store??? The customer service was horrible. We have three children and full time jobs we can sometimes only go at night. How is this customer service? We walked around that store what felt like forever picking all these products out. We were spending over 200.00 easy. We give Giant more than a thousand dollars a month with the full household we buy for! NEVER AGAIN! You lost a customer. Not just for the tills not being open but for good customers who come there all the time to basically be told We could care less how you feel. Complain to the manager. How humiliating when we just wanted to know what to do. Shocked and frustrated and exhausted doesn't even cover it. Thanks for nothing...again, we will NOT be back. read more

Just went to shop and get our free turkey, they did not have my wife's information for points for a free turkey. After shopping there for more than 10 years and spending at least $500 a month in groceries, my wife was denied the turkey from the assistant manager Marianne Cahill and the general manager, Lisa who would not give her full name. We promptly returned are $90 worth of groceries and will never step foot back in the door. The managers customer service experience was atrocious. read more

I have been going to this supermarket for almost 3 years. I am finally fed up and am looking for a new grocery store to do my routine shopping. The produce and meat sections are not good at all. The produce section is small, the food is already on its way out, and many times they do not have the item at all. I went one time to get avocados and they were all rotted. The lemons are always wrinkly and need to be use immediately. There are never green bananas. They are always yellow with black spots starting. For some reason when I need fresh herbs, especially cilantro they never have it. There isn't much of a meat selection, especially for beef. I also have an issue with stock. As I've said they never seem to have fresh herbs. The one time there was a sale on frozen blueberries and bulk packaged chicken breast. Both times the truck was late and they didn't have any at the moment. Recently they did not have any giant brand milk. I bought organic instead and it smelled bad when I opened it the next day. It's getting ridiculous. The prices and sales are pretty good, and honestly the staff is always friendly and nice. They are really the only reason I gave three stars instead of two. The store itself is clean and appealing to the eye. Unfortunately, I need to have ingredients survive for a week and with them already going bad in the store (if there is any at the store), they aren't going to last at home. read more

I shop at Giant stores all the time and this is one of the nicest. It's very clean, well organized and large. The parking lot was packed but it did not feel crowded. I was able to go in, grab a few items and check out quickly. Even with a lot of people, they have enough registers going to keep the flow moving. read more

We used to like Giant -shopped there a lot but we switched to Shop Rite too. I called the manager and asked for two things; more sugar-free cookies (they have 1-2 types of the most expensive ones but nothing more) and Brown Cow yogurt in plain. He said he would do it. that was six months ago and we continued shopping there for awhile and I went back recently, but everything was just the same. He never got anything he said he would. I also told him there were many times I went there to shop and drove away because they have very few handicap spots and they are always full (oftentimes by people without any handicap placard or license). He also agreed that that should be corrected. You guessed it, no such luck. He knows how to say what needs to be said, but lacks any kind of follow-through. It is difficult enough being on my feet on those floors for an hour while I shop, I cannot combine it with walking some huge distance back and forth to my car. read more

This is the best store EVER, i shop nowhere else! They have Andrew who is in the meat dept, and dairy actually he is all over that store, he is super friendly ALL THE TIME! The guys in the butcher shop are wonderful, the deli dept has this wonderful woman long blonde ponytail and just knows I will be getting boar head american cheese before i even order. I love the friendliness and familiarity of this Giant. Never forget about mama Sue in customer service and pharmacy. The pharmacist (his name escapes me) he sees me knows my name I see him monthly, P.S about the pharmacy. My prescription is slightly more expensive at Giant than Walmart where i used to have it filled, but I am more than willing to pay a couple dollars more just fro the friendly, clean and professional atmosphere. This store was remodeled about two years ago and for some reason, management still insists on rearranging and moving products a couple of times a month. It's incredibly frustrating having to go on a wild goose chase trying to find items that I buy every week because someone decided to move things without utilizing any logic whatsoever. Like many people, I have a busy schedule and I really hate wasting time looking for something that I buy every week, because it was moved on a whim. And forget trying to go to customer service for help - 9 times out of 10 they don't even know where or why things were moved. This Giant is going to be in a world of hurt if management doesn't get it together by the time that the ShopRite at Queen Anne Plaza is expanded. read more
