The customer service desk was closed so I asked a cashier if they could help me as all I wanted to do was exchange it for another for the same price. They told me only customer service can do this and I would have to return tomorrow. So if you can't get to the store during customer service hours due to your job etc then you're out of luck. They should be able to do a simple transaction like this at any of the registers with a live cashier. Now I have to make an unnecessary trip back and take time off work to do so.

Didn't see pea vines but they are quite hard to get. Bulk rice and dried mushrooms, and fresh fish and seafood as well as meats including organ meats. Noodles fresh, frozen and dried as far as the eye can see. A small section of housewares. Outside the market (which is in the old Toys R Us if you remember back when) there is a small food court with roast duck, banh mi and pastries. There is also a Korean bbq restaurant and a noodle and dumpling restaurant nearby in the parking area, the Korean bbq is across from the market and the noodle dumpling house is next to where the old Borders bookstore had been (on the way out of the shopping center.) Worth the trip. We enjoy cooking at home, especially Asian food and we enjoy grocery shopping so this was a really fun excursion. And since we eat a lot of bok choi, we'll be back soon.
