We brought our own bag we spent over $100 on only two bags worth of items but she didn't even say hello she didn't have the decency to help start bagging we had to bag our own and she serviced 2 additional customers while we were standing there bagging I couldn't believe it. I strongly recommend the management retrain your staff to be a little kinder to your clientele the prices in this store are absolutely astronomical most of the time so people that shop here make a specific choice to come here I don't want to come here if the staff cannot be kind to their customers

It must be a fairly new building judging from its pristine appearance. So, what's the issue? Well, quite frankly perceived lack of customer service was the main issue for me. It was my first time to visit this location, and I'm not too familiar with what services they offer as a fairly new Veteran. It's an outpatient clinic, so I know what that entails very well. I basically came here to gather some information for future purposes. As you enter the front doors, you are to check your temperature by leaning against this machine. You put your mask on then you can speak to a clerk who is behind the glass room when directed. "Name, last four." was what I heard. No, welcome, good morning, how may I assist you? or, some inviting greetings. Bad first impression. I didn't sense any good customer service provisions. I was told to fill a few papers out--no explanations. I'm an intelligent person and very accustomed to fill out government paperwork, so I can easily do it. No problem! I was told I had two options, take papers home, fill them out, and mail them in an envelope provided. Or, I can turn them in after filling them out. I opted to fill them out in the waiting room since I was not pressed with time. After I filled the papers out I had a couple of questions which were not addressed on the instruction sheet. The clerk told me she knew nothing about the form. She just sends the envelope out. OK. It's not her responsibility, and she's not trained to deal with customer's questions. She finally gave me a piece of paper with phone # and name to call if I needed further questions. That WAS helpful. Anyway, I hope others will have a better experience than I encountered. I believe these types of experiences are the very reasons VA gets a bad reputation. Good luck, Veterans!

It was a Saturday and the pharmacy was the only place that could do it for me. They charged me 5 dollars for 5 copies, I vowed that I would never go there again. Fast forward 6 years later honeybrook pharmacy closed and Ben the pharmacist is working there I was told so I would go there as Ben was exceptionally good at his job.after my wife and I went to our doctors we had all our scripts sent there.we called on Tuesday afternoon and spoke to someone who sounded like they were halfdead.waited forever on hold and finally found our scripts. I asked them to order the meds and I would be in the following day to pick them up. But they wouldn't order them until I gave them all my insurance info. Unfortunately I couldn't find it right then but didn't want another day to pass without ordering the meds, Between my wife and myself we spend around 5 thousand dollars on meds yearly and that doesn't count what my insurance pays. Needless to say one phone call to the pharmacy we are currently using and the meds were ordered and I had them the next day. I also found out that Ben doesn't work there anymore. My point is I tried to keep my business local and instead of just ordering the meds and worrying about insurance info later they refused to do anything. That is the second and last time you will turn me away I will frequent other pharmacy and spend my money there it's a wonder that you are still in business you lost thousands of dollars by turning me away YOUR LOSS
