Today I was at the Pharmacy looking for an item covered by my insurnace. I was having difficulty to find it. A gentlman who was working on shelves, offered to help me. He helped me find the item I needed. He also helped me search the right item on my Insurance list on my mobile phone. Great guy. I told him I will call his manager how wonderful help he is. He smiled and said he is himself the manager. His name is Greg. Very humble, down to earth and extraordinarily helpful person. I scheduled a flu shot at this CVS location and received numerous messages informing me of my appointment. On the day that I was going to the appointment, I received a text telling me my appointment was cancelled due to "insurance issues". I don't know what kind of insurance issues there were since this is a preferred pharmacy in my insurance network. As a result, I received my vaccine at another pharmacy in the area. I previously received my vaccinations at Rite Aid without any problems. However, Rite Aid is now closed. read more

This is the worst CVS ever!! I've called abs been on hold for over 30 minutes I got tired and hung up. On site is just as horrible!! I came to pick up 2 scripts that were ready and have been waiting over 30 minutes. The drive through is only used for Covid testing !!! To pick up your script you need to come inside. I have a disability !!! Come on CVS hire staff for this location !!! Or let's hope a Rite Aid moves on down the road. I do not recommend this Pharmacy because they are short staffed !!! This is the only cvs that Has their shelf's mostly empty. Whoever does the ordering shouldn't be. I get supply chain shortage but doesn't seem other stores have issue. Collegeville now on instead of wasting my time with a store that never has anything. Lots of horrible reviews. Doesn't seem store cares. read more

This pharm has screwed up several scripts now. My docs office has to call to straighten them out. Example: a space was missing, so they blew it off. Also the drive-up is often 1/2 hour or more due to inadequate staffing and poor microphone/speaker communication set up they don't fix read more

This pharmacy doesn't provide even basic services. They will not answer the phone for days or weeks on end, they will close down the drive-through frequently because they are understaffed, really the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I am changing to a new pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy used to be fine, but for the past year, the staff seem overwhelmed and unable to keep up. Prescriptions are rarely ready in a reasonable amount of time. If my doctor calls something in and I go to pick it up later that day or the following day, it's rarely ready. I've already waited two days to pick something up only to be told it's still not ready and will be an hour. I'd stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to ever acknowledge that I'm there, even with multiple people working. read more

Multiple biohazards! Filth beyond imagination! Literally! While at this specific CVS on Egypt Road in Audubon, I asked to use the restroom. Shocking and disgusting! I had to pass through an employee break room that was filthy with burned, spoiled - uneaten food on the counters and the table. Also, someone had pulled off and tossed disposable gloves on the table. (Legitimate biohazard!) Then, into the bathroom. The toilet bowl perimeter was covered in excrement - clearly there a long time. I saw that used paper towels had been thrown on the floor - with more used, dirty disposable gloves. (More biohazards.) As a retired pharmacist (PA RPh), I was in disbelief. What kind of managers allows this? What sort of manager doesn't guide staff on proper disposal of used medical items, like gloves. And what kind of store, let alone a pharmacy, does not spend the time or money to clean its restroom? It was clear that this was not a bad day. Instead, it was painfully obvious that all of these situations had been going on for a long time! I just read all the reviews about bad service at this specific CVS. It's like a restaurant with bad service. You don't want to see what goes on in the kitchen. But this is far worse. It's where families - children - go for wellness items, trusting this Egypt Road CVS to be a clean, safe environment. Just the opposite! How horrific is this? read more

This review is for this specific store. I've never been to a ruder and more disorganized CVS pharmacy. I used this store because it was the best location for some other errands I was running. I stopped using the CVS because it's just not as nice as others I frequent plus I use their app and their WiFi sucks. The pharmacy staff was aloof, not helpful and kept me sitting for over a half hour before I asked where my prescription was. I finally left and said I'd be back later after being told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I was also told they'd text me when my prescription was ready. I finally called because I hand't received a text and was told it was ready. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't really ready and I had another wait while the pharmacist had to check it over. Seriously? I have better things to do with my time. I won't be returning to that CVS for any reason and will gladly go out of my way to the on I normally go to. Save yourself some time and go to another CVS. read more

I am reviewing after multiple issues with lack of staffing on a regular basis, out of stock on multiple prescriptions, refusing to fill a legitimate prescription for Acutaine and not using my insurance information already in the CVS system. The pharmacy is AWFUL! They have messed my prescriptions up on more than one occasion. They rarely have my medicines ready by the desired time and their customer service stinks! Save yourself some aggravation and go to Collegeville for your medicine. read more

First of all, it's a pharmacy - so not much can wrong there. I haven't really used anything else other than the actual pharmacy, so I can't comment on that, but the people here are pretty nice. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 3 minutes to pick up, pay for a prescription and walk out the door. The pharmacy is within walking distance of my house, so that's nice, too! read more

Poor customer service!!! I am a big fan of CVS for it's convenience and great prices. I went to this location today to conduct a money gram transaction. I needed to send money overseas and this was my first time using moneygram. The CVS worker did not greet me when I came in, but instead stared at me, waiting for me to say something. I finally said hello and that I needed to coduct a moneygram transaction. She directed me to the counter where there is a phone to start the transaction, there were none of the slips that the directions explicitly state that I needed. I asked another woman, who later appeared to be the manager for the slip and she printed out a blank receipt and pointed out that I did not need anything. All the information will be printed out on the slip. Once I finished speaking to the money gram CSR, there was no one at the registers to assist. I waited for about 5 minutes before someone was able to help me. The woman then asked for the amount that I am sending. I didn't remember the exact amount becuase I didn't think that I had to remember that figure. I thought that all the information needed was presented to the store. She repeatedly told me that I needed the amount in order to complete the transaction. I informed her that no one told me that I needed the amount and that I was told that everything will be printed out. She called a 'Manager' who then repeated the samething and told me that I have to call money gram again. I left the store. I called Moneygram to confirm the process. All the worker needed was my name to complete the transaction. I will be sending a letter of complaint regarding the poor customer service to the store and head quarters. read more
