We were told he'd be back with traps since he didn't have any in his truck. He never came back. We called and could never get through to anyone. We have dogs and I requested a call before anyone would show up so that we could bring them inside. We were told there was a note on our account to ensure they would let us know beforehand. They NEVER called ahead to give us a heads up. At that point we were over it and had to cancel our contract and go with someone else. If we could have been guaranteed Kevin would be the tech coming out, this review would be 5-stars and without complaint. However, without Kevin this company is not what you pay for. Disappointing.

My story: Termites just entered my garage and I was alarmed. Tedd, the owner of Buzz Termite and Pest Control came right out to inspect my property free of charge. He emailed me a quote to drill termicide liquid treatment into the garage and porch slabs and to trench and treat the foundational perimeter. He explained everything and answered my preliminary questions and my questions sent via text after our initial inspection. We set an appointment to remediate the termites for today, April 21, 2021. He was punctual, professional and prepared to get the work done right!. He and his team went right to work. He drill holes as outlined above. He placed the termicide into the holes and later filled the holes with plastic plugs that were ultimately hammered flushed with the slab. He also trenched and treated the foundation all around the house with termicide. He placed termicide foam in the wall that had termite activity. The treatment will last 10 years. BUZZ Termite & Pest Control treatment comes with a full warranty and the full treatment and annual fee are significantly less than other companies. Tedd walked me through what had been done and answered all my questions. He was kind, gregarious and very respectful. He was affordable and significantly less than the highly advertised pest control companies. His integrity, work ethic and genuine desire to ensure me that the termites were eliminated asap is the reason why I felt compelled to share this recommendation. Sometimes you interact with a business and you can't hold your peace about how well they fulfilled the work at a fair and honest price. 1 Star - "Mosquito-Free Guarantee" Is Misleading and Service Is Inconsistent…read more We've paid for this company's mosquito service for 7 summers, and I finally have to warn others: the service model simply does not work as advertised. 1. What they promise: They advertise a mosquito-free guarantee and regular sprays by a consistent technician. 2. What actually happens: * Different techs show up almost every visit (high turnover, no continuity). * Techs often skip key parts of the property (rarely go past our back gate to spray dense vegetation along the creek). * In seven years, only one tech ever treated the standing water in the creek behind our home, despite my repeated requests. * They never use dunks and only inconsistently scatter Mosquito Bits. * They charged us $40+ per month extra for traps last summer that made no noticeable difference. * After sprays, mosquito pressure often increased -- when I asked about this, I was told the spray puts them into a "frenzy for 24-72 hours." That is not scientifically accurate; in reality, new adults were constantly emerging from untreated breeding sources. * When a manager finally visited once (while we were out of town), no follow-up notes were left, and subsequent techs did not adjust their approach. 3. Why it matters: This service is essentially just a cosmetic surface spray. It kills a few adults present at the moment, but it does not address breeding sources or provide the lasting control homeowners expect for the high price. With turnover and lack of accountability, results vary wildly from one visit to the next. If you have standing water nearby (creeks, drains, ponds, etc.), know that this service will not fix your problem. You will still need to do your own larval control (dunks and Bits). For $700+ per year, I expected expertise, honesty, and consistent service. Instead, I got inconsistent techs, unscientific explanations, and no real relief.
