When you do- take notes of your conversation! Because Olivia, the office person will have no recollection of speaking to you. We had three properties being serviced by Acme, and we have cancelled all three for service. It is a shame because they have wonderful techs on staff like Alan. There are other new pest control options in our area now which present a much better value and certainly better, more professional customer service.
