My husband and I hired them when we first moved to the area. All was great when Kevin was coming to our house to treat for pests. He was so thorough! Then other people started coming to treat around our house and it was never the same again. They would only be here for 5 min and then they'd be gone. How can you do everything in 5 minutes?! We had spiders and stink bugs galore so obviously what the other tech did wasn't working. Then we asked about mice in our garage. We were told he'd be back with traps since he didn't have any in his truck. He never came back. We called and could never get through to anyone. We have dogs and I requested a call before anyone would show up so that we could bring them inside. We were told there was a note on our account to ensure they would let us know beforehand. They NEVER called ahead to give us a heads up. At that point we were over it and had to cancel our contract and go with someone else. If we could have been guaranteed Kevin would be the tech coming out, this review would be 5-stars and without complaint. However, without Kevin this company is not what you pay for. Great experience with Clint Miller Exterminating Co today! Jared came out to check on the bugs I was pretty sure were yellow jackets (and I was right) coming pretty angrily out of my deck box around my pool area. He said he had to don the bug suit and everything (no pictures to add as I wasn't home when the treatment took place...sorry...lol) He was super professional, left my chair cushions out to dry and gave me instructions on what to do next over the phone. Best $100 I've spent lately to not have to worry about getting stung! Jared even offered a quote to come back and spray for the wood bees also on my deck and treat the rest of the house for a VERY reasonable price as well! Great example of customer service. This company also services my church quarterly and does a great job! Highly recommend them for your bug removal needs...Now off to sit on my yellow jacket free deck! :) read more

Super service! I needed immediate attention for an unknown issue when preparing to sell my home. Will and crew came the same day and had our crawlspace wrapped and a dehumidifier in place within one day. There is no ability to communicate with the person who will work on your home. Base estimate was overpriced with no explanation, and they tried to sell me things I didn't ask for. Trying to call them is a bureaucratic mess. I also had timeline issues, as another review says. Two stars because I was told this company was great in the past. read more

Very responsive. I left a vmail and my call was returned promptly the next morning. Candace was pleasant in answering all of my questions and scheduling my appt for the very next day. Bobby showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and personable. He was efficient in going through my home and answered all of my questions. Very friendly and professional! Also, appreciated that he wore shoe covers. I'm hoping whatever he sprayed will get rid of the millipedes and spiders, so I don't know if it works seeing as though I just had the service today. Clint Miller came out to clean my crawl and replace insulation. The original timeline I was told is that they would be completed within a few days. Services have been constantly delayed and are still not complete. I have called the office multiple times and asked about it and have yet to get a return call. (After calling 3 days in a row). When they came to do the cleaning, they told me at that point my son, my dog, and I would need to leave for the day. No one had told me that previously so it was very difficult to arrange at the last minute. They came today to do a quality check and it was not cleaned sufficiently so now we are delaying the process more. Meanwhile, due to insulation being removed, my home smells of mildew and my 3 year old asthmatic son is having breathing difficulties. Everything that could go wrong has, and it's unfortunate because I am a real estate agent in the area and work with this often, I will definitely never use them or refer them again. read more

They didn't show up when they were supposed to and didn't call. When I called the next day they apologized for not coming or calling, they were too busy. They sprayed but it must have been water because we still have the same problem so beware! read more

They were the cheapest service I called, but you get what you pay for. I was told the initial treatment would take 4-6 hours and it was recommended I didn't return to the house until 4 hours after it was finished. I was told that they would start early in the morning, and be done in the early afternoon. They will schedule the day for your service, but not a time until the day prior, and even then it's a two hour window. The day before the service I received an automated call that I was scheduled for service between 2 and 4 the following day. With that said, if they get there at 2, treat for 4 hours, and then I wait their recommended amount of time before entering the house, it's now 10pm. I called to ask why so late, and was told that they treat for bedbugs last so as not to cross contaminate other homes. Logical, but with kids in school it's not a possibility for me to be out of the house that long. They then rescheduled me for another day, but said they would be there first thing in the morning. My window was 7-9am. I had to leave the house at 8:30, and no one had shown up yet. My daughter was home and said they arrived around 9, still within their window. It was the last day of school, so I picked the kiddos up at noon and decided to swing by the house to see what was going on. They had apparently finished and were gone, I guess it took less than time than they thought. There was no over powering smell so we stayed at the house. We were supposed to receive mattress covers for all of the beds, but two were missing. I called the next day to find out why, and was told they didn't have the right ones, but would order them and someone would bring them. Dude shows up the next day and we put them in. The next appointment is a month out, I'm scheduled for a Wednesday between 7-9am. I take off work in the morning for the appointment. At 8:30 they call and say the technician can't make it because he's sick. They reschedule me for the following Tuesday between 2-4. At 4:00 I call and ask why no one has show up. They put me on hold and tell me he should be there some time today. I've lost 2 days of work, had to be rescheduled twice, and still have a bug problem. But, after the initial $1000 treatment it costs $85 per month for them to retreat until the bugs are gone. So, I have to take it, because if I cancel their $85 dollar re-treatment I have to get another initial treatment from this company, or any other company I chose. Which is another hefty sum. read more
