Over a month passed with only two service attempts despite me repeatedly providing detailed information about the defendant's work schedule and location. The workplace was only a few blocks from their office and the defendant was not actively hiding from service. Communication eventually shifted away from actually completing service and toward asking me to remove my negative reviews before they would proceed with alternative service paperwork. My request for alternative service was later denied by the judge because additional supporting information was needed, which caused even more delay. I understand service can sometimes be difficult, but in my case it felt like there was very little urgency or effort despite being paid for the service. I ultimately had to pursue other options myself to move the case forward.

I paid and sent in my request to have them serve someone on 11/17/2023. Megan didn't even start to work on my file until 03/19/2024, and was finally wrapped up 04/03/2024, almost five months from my initial payment. Throughout this period, Megan missed MULTIPLE of my emails, and I had to always be the one to initiate the follow ups for new information. They then price gouged me without informing me what the payments were for, and requested yet another $40, but not until 06/07/2024. AFTER 7 MONTHS. Mark messaged me directly about this amount, and I attempted to work with them, and see if they would waive this fee, as there was another services I needed, and informed I would use them if they would work with me. Mark then ALSO missed my message, and then sent me a new message THREATENING me if I didn't pay even though he missed the email response I had already sent to him one month prior. While I do understand that the court system moves slowly, it should not have taken this amount of time for them to start the process I paid $340 for, and received such a disgusting amount of disrespect from. There are so many better companies that are out there, that will show you respect, and will actually do the work timely. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

An absolute nightmare. The judge made it clear that she did not follow the appropriate guidelines for serving a defendant and embarrassed me in front of the court. They are supposed to be experts and this is the one thing that you shouldn't have to worry about when hiring a professional. I have waited 4 long months for my day in court for money that was owed to me on 01/01/18 and now it will be at least September until they hear my case again. All because I hired this horrible company. When I reached out, Shannon (my process server) admitted it was "totally her fault" and said that they recently changed the laws, but failed to comply. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! She said she would give me a refund for the failed service, but has stopped replying to my emails. What a scam.
