Years ago, a cut-off kill switch was installed to prevent the battery from draining -- but the plastic handle had long since broken, leaving it stuck in place and impossible to turn off. My sister recommended a local mechanic shop, so I drove over, half-expecting to hear that the part was obsolete or impossible to replace. Enter: Jeremy. He took one look, snapped a photo of the broken part, and told me to swing back around 3:30 PM. Keep in mind -- his shop was busy. Still, he took the time to custom-make a brand new key/device for the switch. Not only does it work, it's also removable and adds a bit of security the original part never had. To say I was impressed is an understatement. This is what great customer service looks like. From now on, any minor issue with my mom's car will be going straight to Jeremy. Thank you again!

At NO TIME was I updated on the status of my car nor was I ever given any sort of timeframe of when my car would be ready. I spoke with the manager and explained that it was unacceptable to just forget about any customer and not keep them informed on the status of their vehicle. I feel he didn't act like he cared and definitely felt like he didn't care about me! I also explained to Blake the same thing about not keeping me informed and he had the same attitude as the manager. I guess Blake was too busy "playing" on his cellphone to care about me as a customer. I also told Blake that if there was another Discount Tire available for me to take my business, I would NEVER Return to the Discount Tire in Palestine!

Made my last trip to them yesterday. Needed two tires replaced on my truck. Salesman tried to sell…read moreme four, the other two were fine. Then asked him to see if I had a bad sensor because the low tire light stayed on even though the tires were at proper inflation. He said it probably had a bad battery, but since he didn't know which one he wanted to repair all four at a cost of 63.50 each. At one time, when they replaced tires, they rebuilt the sensors at no charge when they put new tires on. They even showed me the old sensor parts to prove they did it. When they took off the tires they told me I needed to buy new lug nuts at fifty dollars a box as I had one that was rounded off, I refused this also because Discount Tire are the only ones that have ever taken a tire off of any of my vehicles!! If it is rounded off, it is because of them! Have used discount tires for well over 20 years, but this was the final time!!!
