Stood there for the longest time and finally the 2 (older man with white beard) that were talking say "oh you need help?". Turns out they weren't even busy working on anything they're just yapping and oblivious. They were busy so I expected to wait a few hours. I waited for 3 hours, but it wasn't necessary because my car had been fixed and no one had notified me, so I was just sitting in their waiting area for no reason. Again, trying to be patient and not be that guy but I'm so glad I got up and asked if it was ready. Unnecessary waste of time and bad communication.
