They refused to do the job. This is really bad business for both them and the Trane Company. i am a retired HVAC and Refrigeration engineer and technician and even asked for them to get the compressor from Trane and I would install it myself. They refused that as well. They are set and determined to rob senior citizens with excessive markups on Freon.
