I received a written quote from Acosta stating they would rig the trees to eliminate damage and that all cuttings would be removed. I called Ruben on two separate occasions to have branches removed that were hanging into the neighbor's yard. No one showed up so I cleaned up the yard myself. The gentleman that came to my home to provide a quote was EXTREMELY rude. He parked across the street in a red zone and began to walk up my neighbors driveway. I wasn't sure if he was turned around and going to the wrong house so I said excuse me you can't park in the red and I'm the person that called you. He literally turned around and yelled at me saying, "yeah, what!? I'm on the phone!" After the exchange I went into my house and he had the audacity to come over as if nothing happened. I told him... Nevermind I am no longer interested in getting his quote from this company because he was so rude. He than began yelling and using profanity and drove away. This is NO WAY to treat people. You are in the business to service the public yet you act as though you are doing the customer a favor. Tree trimmers come a dime a dozen so don't get too big for your own britches. EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
