The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

At the end, we decided to go with the DROP city smart water, which is a conditioner and water softening system. To go with it, we also opted for the RO installation. If you have extra to spend, definitely get the RO water. It's the waterdrop x12 and really expensive if you decided to get it on amazon and install it yourself. Installation took around 6-7 hours for everything and Ken takes time to explain how to use the system thoroughly. He answered all my questions on the spot. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Not saying it is cheap, but it is a great investment for your home. I already started feeling a difference washing my hands.

He was straightforward, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me choose the right setup for my house rather than just trying to sell me something. I came away from our conversation feeling like he was someone I could trust. Then Mario came out to do the installation, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. Mario was incredible. Our installation turned out to be more complicated than expected. The location we originally thought would work would have softened the water going to the outdoor hose bibs as well, which I specifically did not want because I use that water for my trees and landscaping. Mario caught this before doing the installation. Instead of just installing it where we originally planned and moving on, he stopped, explained exactly what he was seeing, and helped me figure out a better solution. He found another possible water line at the back of the house and told me he could test it first. He even reassured me that if we cut into the pipe and discovered that the plumbing wasn't routed the way we hoped, he would put everything back the way it was and wouldn't charge me for an installation that didn't work. That gave me a lot of confidence. We tested the line, and fortunately it turned out to be perfect. Within about 15 minutes, Mario was able to demonstrate exactly how the plumbing was divided: this line supplied the inside of the house, while the other line also supplied the outdoor hose bibs. That meant we could soften the entire house while leaving the outdoor water untreated, exactly how I wanted it. Mario was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. He could have easily taken the faster route, but instead he took the time to make sure the system was installed correctly for my house and my needs. That kind of attention and integrity is something I really appreciate. Between Chris taking the time to educate me and give me a fair price, and Mario going above and beyond during the installation, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Faucet water tested "Above EPA Limit" (in the red 500+), filtered refrigerator registered "Check Your Water" (in the red 301-499) and the new drinking water registered "Very Pure" (in the blue in the 0-50 range at 17!) We'd heard how bad Murrieta water is so we've been buying bottled drinking water. So glad we've finally made the change and know it's the best decision for our family. Now we're at the seventh month mark and let me say that every day I am grateful for the work that Peterson Plumbing did on our home. Peterson Plumbing did a complete replumb with PEX. In a word, Thomas is awesome! We were initially skeptical when he offered the lowest estimate for repairs and did so over the phone without coming out to the house. My wife had talked with him first when getting quotes. We had the plumber that had been servicing our home for the past five years. Their quote was about four thousand higher. Another estimate from a local plumber was double of Thomas'. I reached out to Thomas and expressed my concern about him doing an estimate without coming out. He said he lived in the area and knew the homes; he even swung by after his day was done for a quick meet and greet. His estimate stood at what he stated. Even with a record 86 drywall holes in our house; Thomas said that typical replumbs have about 35 holes. Now for the things that we found out that he and his staff did not share with us. We have hot water quicker at every faucet in the house, except one. When they replumbed, they did so more efficiently than the original piping with backbone of the plumbing being between the first and second floors. The master shower used to take over a minute to get hot water, now it's less than 10 seconds. The kitchen was about 30 seconds, now it's about 15 seconds. The downstairs bathroom stays at about 15 seconds. Plumbing took one day. Drywall repair took two days. Thomas told us it would take one or two depending on how much repair work needed to be done. Every step of the way Thomas stayed within the guidelines that he outlined for us and never came to us with extra or hidden charges, despite being the least expensive estimate. Thomas went above and beyond as well. At no charge, he redid our pool fill which had been non-operational since we moved to the house over 10 years ago. He also swapped to valves for the shower and sink faucets in the master bathroom. He also replaced a damaged aerator and ordered the replacement part from Delta himself. I didn't even know until the package arrived and he phoned to swing by and install it. If you're looking for an honest plumber who stands by his work; Thomas is your local plumber!!! Don't hesitate. I have referred Thomas more than any other local business.

I chose to have them install a second toilet in my house and Anthony was absolutely correct, roots were definitely growing . They saved us $1000 on the installation of a new water heater compared to another local plumber. They came to our house and corrected a faucet installation of another plumber at no charge. I think it would be foolish not to get a quote from the Nolasco brothers on any plumbing problem. They are also licensed to turn off or turn on your propane tanks with Fallbrook propane. You will find Mateo to be honest, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring.

Just an update because we had Darren back out a few weeks ago for major work on a master sink and…read moreminor work on two toilets. The sink was a major problem because my elderly mom couldn't use it for 24 hours after the return pipes crapped out with leaking and clogging. Murphy's Law, this happened over the Christmas weekend and we didn't want to pay extra for anyone to come out on Christmas Day, so we scheduled Darren to come out on Monday, which was a legal holiday, but he charged us his normal rate. Darren arrived promptly at the allocated time, assessed the situation, made a 15-mile round trip to the hardware store to get parts, came back and went right to work. When he finished the jobs, he cleaned up expertly, which is important so I don't have to hear about it later from my mom. For the amount of time and quality of work and pride he takes in plumbing, it is amazing how reasonable his rates are, especially for loyal customers. And it is worth mentioning that some of the work he did for us this time out is what two other local plumbers insisted over the years "That can't be done; they didn't build the countertop correctly, not enough room to do it properly," blah blah blah. Of course, those two plumbers were full of you-know-what because when Darren arrived, he said: "That's B.S., they should have done the faucet installation correctly, to begin with, and because they didn't, you now have to shell out $30 for another part." My elderly mother and I are just thrilled to have found such an exceptional and honest plumber; thank you, Darren!
