Upon ordering and entering the establishment, it gave off the cutest old time coffee shop vibe. The staff was working diligently to process orders. We watched this well-oiled machine of a staff for several minutes while they passed out 10-15 affogatos within 30 seconds. We sat on the curb and enjoyed ours in the glass cups they gave us. This was a highlight for us. The creamy gelato with espresso on the spoon was perfect for a hot day. The cherry was just okay but I really enjoyed the black sesame. Hubby had pistachio and a strawberry cheesecake, and I liked the pistachio. There aren't many flavors to choose from, which is one of the signs of a good gelato place. While the gelato itself was good, the flavors didn't really appeal to me so I kind of just settled on those two. So if you want to try the flor di latte, seems you need to go way earlier than I did.
