So disappointing. The Bob Dylan concert on June 20, 2026 was TERRIBLE. We were on the floor close to the stage which should have offered a great view ... but there was nothing to see. Bob Dylan was hidden under a hood and far back on the stage. I wonder if he was even there. It could have been anybody on stage. I could not understand a word he sang. It sounded like someone mumbling. I was sitting there thinking I should get my ears checked. However, when it was over, others echoed the same thought. So, we could not see him or hear him. We should have walked out (and apparently many people did) but hoped it would get better and that he would at least sing ONE song that we knew. No such luck. I understand he is loved by many BUT that does not mean he should get to put on such an incredibly poor performance and that the venue should support that. So, again, very disappointed. read more

The venue is amazing. Top notch sound quality and there are really no bad seats. There are bad artists however. The June 20th Bob Dylan concert is the worst music show I've ever been to. Bob Dylan war entirely impersonal, his vocals were unintelligible, he stood in tbe dark wearing a black hoodie and delivered a truly unlistenable set list. I've been to Acrisure Arena 15+ times for different events--concerts, hockey, shows, and basketball games--and I've noticed that parking prices seem to go up every time. This last visit really did it for me. I went to see Cardi B, which was a great show, and I had amazing seats. My mistake was taking an Uber from my house, which is normally only a 10-minute ride. It ended up taking 50 minutes just to get into the rideshare drop-off area. It honestly felt like they were prioritizing VIP and self-parking over rideshare, because those lines were moving while we were stuck in stopped traffic. Getting picked up afterward was even worse--it took over two hours because our Uber driver couldn't get in. For an arena of this size that's been open for several years, I would expect a much better system and flow for rideshare. I understand parking is a big source of revenue, but if rideshare is offered as an option, it should also be managed as a priority. read more

This modern, clean venue is conveniently located off the 10 freeway in the Coachella Valley. We attended a well-organized BKFC event here and enjoyed excellent views. While the seats aren't padded, they are still quite comfortable, and the stairs are safely gradual rather than steep. Parking for our event was $45 on-site, but we saved by pre-paying for $35 with our tickets. The entrance features outdoor eateries that create a fun, inviting atmosphere, and there are plenty of food and drink concession stands inside. The restrooms are clean with short wait times due to having many stalls. Inside, the AC was perfectly regulated; I brought a sweater but didn't need it. The music volume was ideal, though the announcer's mic was a bit too loud. Plenty of helpful staff are available to guide you to your section. Overall, it's a fantastic new venue! read more

Came here to see Cardi B's opening night of her Little Miss Drama Tour. I'm still a fan of this arena and the crowd out here. Cardi said she doesn't like the L.A. crowd and I'm going to say it's because you never know if that crowd is there for clout or if they're real fans and out here it's the real fans crowd. Everyone got down at this concert with no hesitation. The venue feels similar to the Forum in that it feels like there's not a terrible seat in there and it's more intimate. Parking and getting out of there is similar to leaving a concert at SoFi, but because there's pretty much one road in and out and no side streets to take, it feels like it you're a little trapped, but we get out of there with no issues. Still would recommend this venue over L.A. venues and still stand by it takes the same amount of time (if you live in the I.E.) or less to to drive here versus the L.A. venues. read more

This arena was VERY easy, the instructions coming in was very helpful and the parking lot was huge, many spots available. I really love how easy it was to get our ticket scan and accessible everything was. Walking into the arena, it was FREEZING, staff mentioned that this is a hockey arena! The food is overpriced as any arena would be, so i'd recommend to eat before, but definitely can grab a drink when you're there. They have Tanner's Prime Burger there which was cool to see! Overall, the ambiance was great, it was a large arena, many bathrooms, and it was very easy to navigate to our seat quickly. read more

When Paul McCartney announced he was bringing his Got Back Tour back to the US, and he was going to be in our general area, I had to make it happen. My oldest daughter really wanted to see him as well. This seemed like the perfect scenario because while it was a bit of a drive for us, this arena is smaller in comparison to the vast stadiums he's playing elsewhere. The last time I saw him was at SoFi and I was a bit disappointed in the sound quality and how far away he was, even with floor seats. This arena has a capacity of 10-11,000-ish. Parking was not a problem at all. They were accepting payment for parking on site as well, and I didn't know that was going to be an option, so I overpaid online. They had merchandise trailers outside, which I stood in to grab a tshirt for my daughter and myself while my daughter stood in the line to get into the arena. They were a bit late in opening the doors, which resulted in some longer lines for restrooms and food once inside the arena, but it worked out all right. The staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable about the arena. That was helpful. We ended up being directed into another line that was shorter to get inside, which also ended up being closer to the section we needed for our seats. We got the loaded nachos for dinner and they were delicious! The sound quality was GREAT and it was so awesome to see Paul perform again, and to experience it with my daughter! She had a blast and has some new favorite songs for herself! read more

My first and only time so far at Acrisure Arena was for the NCAA college basketball event over Thanksgiving. I'd seen this new-ish arena while driving on the freeway and wondered what it looked like inside. Well I'm here to tell you. I'll start with the parking. Very large lot and easy to get in/out but they charge you to park. Their holiday decorations outside the arena were very festive which included a huge tree and presents. Security was quick and easy and everything both outside and inside was very clean. It was more spacious than I thought inside but might've been because it wasn't crowded, and there were lots of food and beverage options all around. From what I saw, it was overpriced even compared to other arenas/stadiums so definitely suggest eating before or after. There also seemed to be no bad seat in the house. What was particularly nice about my visit was the option to pick any seat you wanted besides floor due to lower attendance. The last thing that contributed to my experience was the super friendly staff and the amazing artwork that depicted the Coachella valley. read more

Went to the Bob Dylan concert. It was freezing inside. The hard plastic seats were very uncomfortable after a while. There was no lighting very difficult to find seats given they Blackout the public areas with curtains once the first act beginsI went to get my coat out of my car and was told if I get my coat they would not let me back in this place feels very heavy-handed with corporate rules and policies parking. Is very expensive and not worth it. I think twice before I ever come to this venue again as the casinos offer much more value and comfort. read more

I love this venue and have been to a few different events since it's opened. It's so much more enjoyable then going to an event in Los Angeles (I live in the Southbay). We like to spend the night nearby and make a weekend out of it. If the same artist is playing here and in LA I will come here hands down. We've sat at different location around the arena and there really is not a bad seat. Are there better seats, yes of course there are Lol Tip: Buy the VIP Parking if your going to a daytime event. It's covered and your car will be so much cooler. Everything is shiny & new, the food is pretty typical arena food in both price and quality. There are plenty of places to buy alcohol including several bar areas with views of the floor. We also found all the staff (parking, door, concessions, security) to be very friendly and helpful. I am a hockey girl and for the desert to have this newer arena and hockey team is amazing. It was so smart to establish a hockey team this way as the desert sometimes lacks stuff to do for the locals and having a sports and new arena brings everyone together, gives a sense of community, and is just an all around fun time. I had the opportunity to come to the Acrisure Arena on New Year's Eve for a firebirds game. The experience from staff to finish was 5/5 stars. The arena isn't that big so it's pretty easy to navigate. It's never so it's very clean and just looks great inside and out. There is plenty of parking but I have heard it can be a little challenging when everyone is trying to get in and out at the same time. So we planned accordingly. I recommend buying your parking pass online. This made the process seamless when coming to the arena. This arena has all of your standard amenities. Gift shop, alcohol vendors, food stalls and such. My only regret was not walking around and up / down the whole arena to get the best feel but I'll check it out next time. We had floor seats right behind the glass of the announcers booth so it couldn't have been better. Prime A+ seats. Very roomy and comfortable. Great views and loved sitting by the penalty box. It called for a great time. I also felt the cost for the game was pretty reasonable. Especially in getting such good seats. I loved the gift store. I have to give it to the firebirds team they have some great merch and prices didn't seem too too crazy. The outside gift store is a must stop but it does get lines because it's unfortunately pretty small. Pro tip is you can buy gifts and jerseys inside the arena but they don't have as many items inside as I saw outside at the gift shop. All in all this arena is perfect for the desert and a great spot to catch a firebirds game or a concert. Happy we have this spot now and I'll be a regular for sure! read more

our hotel was super close to the arena which made it really convenient, and honestly tickets didn't break the bank either. the place itself is really organized, and overall it was such a fun experience. the only downside for me was parking--like if you pay ahead, it still takes a while to get through, especially if you're running a little late (which we were). not totally their fault, but just something to keep in mind. inside, the drinks were actually really good, but i do wish there were more bathrooms because literally everyone and their mom tries to go at the same time . still, this is hands down one of the best places to see a show. we were on floor 5, row 3 and i seriously felt like i could reach out and touch the stage. amazing experience overall and would definitely come back for another concert. read more

Parking: I have been here several times for different events and just give my CC to park thinking "it is what it is" right? My friend mention parking was $35 and I just laughed and then estimated how many cars were parked... impressive income stream. Just be aware. Facility: incredible design and pretty large. We had a suite (name dropper) which is not easy to locate on the second level with tight security. Suite Level 2: Excellent experience at any event, never crowded and mostly normal humans up here. Food and bar options walk and look around there. TIP: parking again... think about your exit which can be a challenge if you're too close to the arena you get stuck. Good concert venue. We just went to a concert here and the sound was good. A couple tips: First, prepay for parking. It was $45 in the regular parking lot but cheaper if you prepaid. Second, bring something warm to wear inside. Even though it was 95 degrees outside it was very cold inside (which is great, but tie a sweatshirt around your waist because you or your date might need it). Huge shout out the stadium for some of the best parking exiting that I have ever experienced. It was well organized and there were a few different ways to exit that made it easy. We were out of the lot in about 5 min (instead of sometimes 45 min to 1 hour at certain venues) and we stayed through the final song. So thank you. read more

The availability of concessions and the cleanliness of the restrooms were a huge bonus, as these are things that sometimes are struggles at large venues. Parking was a breeze, especially with the Park Whiz app, although a little high. The staff were fantastic and so helpful and available, which is wonderful. I like this newer venue very much for concerts. So far, I've been to two here - Tears for Fears in 2023 and Simple Minds in 2025. Because this is a hockey arena, it has to stay cold during other events and I love that. Where I live (San Diego), sure the weather is nice, but I'm not a big fan of outdoor venues and sometimes, I just want to see a show elsewhere. The irony of driving to a hotter place to be in a nice, cold enclosed modern venue doesn't bother me. I also like that it's not that big of an arena and the sound quality is excellent. Usually, we eat dinner before arriving, so all we really buy are bottled water and merch. Vendors are friendly and transactions are cashless. For espresso lovers like myself, I've seen an espresso cart and may very well try their beverages sometime. read more

Saw Maroon 5 last night and the show was great! Acrisure lacked eating options besides beer, nachos and fries. They don't let you bring in bottled water that most venues allow. Had to buy an $8 20 oz Sprite! Not sure if they are renovating but the walkway around the arena is tight. The positive is that there are plenty of restrooms and they are clean. *Not Too Sure About Acrisure* {{{Special review #333}}} My buddy & I decided to relive our past and attend a show here consisting of two former #1 song artists, who we've both seen in concert before. I've been to numerous live concerts and sporting events (100's & 100's if not more) But never have I been to an arena of this size, with such cheap flimsy plastic uncomfortable seats. They really skimped on seating comfort. The arm rests are so thin you'll be sandwiched between the peeps on your left & right. At least the leg space is decent. Being this is a fairly new arena with 10,000+ seating capacity, I expected much better. Don't get me wrong, I've been to many venues with less comfortable seats. But they were either old or much smaller venues. Heck, I've seen shows or sporting events in gyms or tiny rooms with wooden or steel bleachers and or plastic fold-up chairs. But they're not charging $100+ & up for seats. And $35-$45 to park. I understand concert tickets can be expensive and I've spent more in the past than I'd like to admit for a few events. But the parking rates here is purely extortion. Speaking of which, make sure you remember where you park, because there's very limited signs posted with section #'s --example: A7 Suggestion to Acrisure: block off parking sections that are full, and have some of your crew that's standing around doing nothing, directing cars to areas where actual available parking spots exist, so we're all not circling amongst ourselves in areas & sections that clearly has no parking spaces. If you get hungry or thirsty while here, make sure to bring plastic money (no cash accepted) to pay ridiculous inflated prices for premade food sitting in vending machines. The alcohol is even more expensive than 5-star hotels & establishments. My bud enjoyed his $20 brew. I planned ahead and brought my own healthy snacks and coconut water. Adequate armed security inside & outside the arena. Also spotted 5 police cars parked throughout the streets between Cook & 10 FWY, leading to Acrisure. I've waited over 2 years to come here...and unless there's a really good reason to comeback (Duran Duran Dec 30th?) I'm in no hurry to see a concert or sporting event (maybe a random hockey or basketball game) Any day of the week I rather go to see a show at The Show at Aqua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage. But that place is filled with sooo much cigarette smoke, it has its drawbacks too. But the seats are very comfortable and the sound is superb and the venue is more intimate. In case you're wondering and still here reading, my buddy I saw Joan Jett & the Blackhearts opening up for Billy Idol. Too bad it wasn't the other way around. Because Joan Jett (at 64 years old) can still rock, sing & play guitar, and puts on a fantastic show. The music & sound wasn't over-the-top. Billy Idol (70 in Nov) is a form of his younger self, trying to be a bigger rockstar now than he was back then. Tho his vocals sounded decent, the music & sound was far too loud. And this isn't just coming from me & my bud -- all the others too who left the concert early due to being extremely loud. I've been in recording studios not even this loud. I guess there's a first for everything because I've never left a concert early due to the sound & music quality being way too loud. Despite all that, Billy can still rock and I have the utmost respect for him and talent, and his imprint on the music scene & culture. But at the end of the day & night, I came here to see a concert and hear some music from my past...and it was still a very memorable experience, shared with a great friend, added to the books. read more

It's a bit of a baby arena - a small sibling of a larger Staples/Crypto Center setting. Therefore it's indeed much smaller and more intimate with not nearly as high of a rise of seats. Therefore you'll get better viewing angles throughout - but accommodating ~50% less audience members which makes for other issues such as their pricing strategies. The venue itself was standard comfort from plastic molded arena seats - not every seat has a cup holder for some reason - and even with those, bring a cap for your drink or use napkins as it sits behind most people's hair on the backside of their seats. The staff are friendly and mostly helpful (some really didn't know where the seating sections were and gave poor directions, but they were there to help). The entrance and parking is a bit of a mess that needs to be rethought through if they remain a viable concert destination. I arrive at 7:10P for a 7:30P start and didn't actually get in to the building until ~8:20P. The entrance lines moved extremely slowly with no real organization (eg phantom lines merged in to other phantom lines). Not sure what was causing such a backlog but we all missed the opening act as a result. Be prepared to take a min of 45 minutes to enter for a concert. The parking lot also is a total mess. Most sections are not marked so you are made to pay $50 while parking a great distance away. I don't think they were thinking about the older clientele this arena may attract as it's a major haul. Suggestion: Use your Apple Maps. parking location tool otherwise you will have major issues locating your car on the exit. Speaking of which they had lines of traffic both in and out that lasted a while. This place can be a gem in the desert and needs some tweaks to get things going better. read more

The wife and I was here to attend Jeff Lynne's ELO first tour stop on his 2024 Over & Out farewell tour. Entering to park our vehicle was fairly easy and efficient. Several entrances, just make sure if you pre-purchased parking, you pay attention to which parking lot to enter. Also, depending on the event you're attending, pre-paying the discounted parking fee amount in advance was much cheaper than paying the day of the event. We pre-paid a total of $37.53 (including those damn extra fees). I saw a sign at the lot entrance indicating main lot parking was $55.00. Not sure if they added fees to that or not. Security screening was a breeze and painless. Multiple points of entry/screening areas to choose from. Once in side the "sterile" area, lots of snacks and beverages could be purchased via self serve kiosks. Multiple self checkout registers and sufficient amount of staff to help you with any self check-out issues that may arise. Overall a nice venue to attend events at. Exiting the Acrisure Arena, was bit challenging. We waited for about 45 minutes in our vehicle rather than waiting forever in long lines only a couple of exits that all just eventually converged onto one road that lead both in an out of the arena area. read more

The parking price is high & you must park at the venue because it's isolated so that's a bummer . I went to see Janet Jackson at this arena and it was beautiful. It's two years old so it's modern with nice decor and seats. The seats were comfortable and had a decent amount of legroom. Plenty of restrooms and eateries inside. All the staff gave great service that I encountered. The drinks and popcorn were good. I did not eat any other food because I ate before I came. Overall, great venue to see a concert or a game. I will come back again to see other artists. Note: Coming in on the west side of the parking lot is a long line to get in and no workers to direct to parking stalls. The east end has no long line and it's easier to get in the parking lot. A little delayed getting out of the Parking lot due to everyone doing their own thing and not listening to the staff's directions. read more

Attended the Katt Williams comedy show Sat 1/24, parked in the main parking lot paid $45 to park all to return after the show to see my car was broken into with my personal items stolen. No venue representatives providing oversight of the parking lot, it's also my understanding other vehicles were vandalized/burglarized. Riverside Sheriffs officers appeared to be present at the venue upon my arrival but I guess that didn't stop the thieves from stealing. The thieves appeared to be the individuals selling t-shirts. We had the pleasure of seeing Paul McCartney on 9/29/25. We were quite happy with the experience. Our seats were in section 120, row B, great view with the exception of the really tall guy in front of me who stood the entire concert, but that's not the arena's fault. The food was very good, I had an Eggplant Wrap. It was overpriced, but that's to be expected at a venue like this. The sound was great! Perfect balance of clear and loud. This could have been a 5 star review and with one very basic fix it could become a 5 star venue There is lots to appreciate about this brand new hockey arena with a horrible name out in the middle of the desert. Every staff member I encountered was smiling and friendly and that goes a long way. The sound for live music was remarkable from 15 rows back, not always the case in arenas (Staples Center, Long Beach Arena for example). The place had great AC and nice concourses with lots of room. Parking and overall traffic flow was also well thought out and flowed well upon exit. So why 3 stars? The seats on the floor are small and far too packed together. Very unenjoyable and uncomfortable The water policy. AC or not you're still in the middle of the desert and refusing patrons to bring in a sealed bottle of water or a reusable container is absolute clown shoes. Making me poor my $8 bottle of water into a plastic cup is again absolute clown shoes. The lack of refilling stations once again is clown shoes. Hey, Hey, Acrisure Arena responded by installing two filtered water filling stations in the venue. One is placed at the First Aid Station and the other directly across the Arena from it. I bring my empty clear acrylic 40 oz water bottle now and stay hydrated during the games. Good job Acrisure Staff! and THANK YOU read more

Wonderful concert with Cyndi Lauper! Tickets were messed up so a wonderful guy, wish I knew his name got us floor seats center, so we could all sit together! It's over an ice rink so I thought I'd be freezing but it was actually pleasant!! I would definitely go back!! read more
