This is a little delayed but we just got back from vacation so here I am now. A couple Sundays ago we went to Desert Fox to have a few drinks and chill. Really nice bartender with pink hair took amazing care of me and my husband. There were only a few of us there sitting at the bar. Looked like the patrons there were all friends of the bartender. Another tall bartender showed up slamming things around the beer cooler doors the dish washing machine it was loud and there was music playing so very loud. Then she started yelling at the other bartender "Rosie get the fuck off the register!" She said this multiple times to her. Looked like Rosie was closing out her tabs with her customers. Then at one point the two bartenders shared some words. Not sure what was said because we were at the end of the bar and music was playing but it didn't seem nice. The pink hair bartender went into a room for a bit and when she came back out she told her friends something and they all got up and left. My husband and I felt so uncomfortable and the tall bartender honestly didn't give out a good vibe so we left as well. There were only a few of us there as it was so when all that scene happened it pretty much cleared out the bar. I'm not sure how it all turned out but definitely won't return if the tall bartender is there. That was uncomfortable to witness. Been a regular for 3 years now, all of a sudden the owner Mark apparently doesn't want me coming in anymore...no valid reasons given and he doesn't even have the balls to say it to my face! Pure discrimination and racism!! Avoid this discriminatory and racist establishment at all costs!! Red Barn just reopened and is world class compared to this low class place. Absolutely no ambiance and the vibe keeps getting worse! The bartenders are all garbage (I will give a shout out to Autumn, she is the only bright spot in the whole place)...but 1 bartender does not an establishment make. I don't know if they still have a bartender named Nancy there , if she still works there do NOT go! She is some younger blonde girl and she likes to flirt with all the men, and likes to single out and ignore the women there. I went there with a couple friends and my boyfriend about a year ago. She slapped my boyfriends ass while he was at the jukebox, and kept flirting with him. She had the hugest attitude with me and was ignoring me when I wanted to order more drinks. We orcourse did not tip her and left. This is where it gets crazy. We came in a night or two after with some locals that wanted to take us and we just went anyways. Of course, she was there. Right from the start, she started taking everyone else's orders and told my boyfriend she's not serving me. I went up to her nicely and asked why and she said I wasn't welcome , and stuck her tongue out at me. I wanted to go absolutely crazy but I remained calm and she called me vile names. She was very obviously jealous of me from the start. I'm a nice person and not jealous, but this was so disrespectful and it made me so angry that I was being treated like that. No one at the bar helped me including the other workers!! We left and I asked for the owners number and told him the situation. All he did was give us a paper for2 FREE drinks! Are you kidding me!!! He told us that he suspended her, but low and behold she was back 2 weeks later and didn't even have to apologize to me. I NEVER write reviews like this even if the place was awful, but this was overboard and people need to know about it. Also other bartenders there are awful, and they literally choose if they wanna serve you or not based on your looks! Not Gonna lie either, their drinks taste like SH*T.
