I also asked about missing bolts for my PC case and they actually took the time to look for some at the store for me. Most places wouldn't bother. Pricing was fair: paid a diagnostic fee to find the problem, then $130 to fix everything. Other shops quoted me way higher just to look at it. No upselling, just honest work. Jack is so honest he told me it would take a day or so for the parts to come in, and asked me to return on Mon. He didn't want me to be w/o my phone unnecessarily. I returned on Mon, and Jack repaired my phone 1 hr ahead of schedule. He also offered me a cash discount. I thought the price for service rendered was very fair. I'm glad that an honest businessman like Jack is in our neighborhood. I would rather support a small biz like HB Laptops vs going to Apple Genius Bar, and giving more money to Apple.

Matt was so chill, friendly, and funny. But still very professional and focused. He knew my phone situation was urgent so he helped me and delayed other stuff he was working on. This is not recommended and I picked it up to see a black screen. I went to IC Fix and was instantly recognized because this is the 4th time in 2 years that I've had to use their services. Dropped (poor choice of words there) the phone off at 10 and had it back by noon. On a Sunday during a holiday weekend. All 4 times that I've been there they have had my phone back to me within a few hours. Their service is A-one, their prices are very reasonable, and they are extremely nice people.
