After more than 20 years of bringing their business here, my parents were treated with complete disrespect. Several pairs of my father's pants were ruined, and when they brought the issue to the owner's attention, he refused to take any responsibility. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and no concern for a customer relationship that had existed for over two decades. Instead, he told my parents to take their clothes and that he would no longer provide service to them. The way they were spoken to was unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering they had been loyal customers for so many years. The damaged clothing was upsetting, but the lack of accountability and customer service was even worse. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds says everything. Rather than addressing the problem and trying to find a solution, the owner chose to dismiss long-time customers who simply wanted the issue acknowledged. Twenty years of loyalty meant nothing. We left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and with several ruined pairs of pants. We will not be returning. read more

I was so excited to see my finished sash however I was greatly disappointed. First, this was not the font I asked for. I sent them a picture of the font and size I wanted it in and I got this. Additionally, it was torn from the side. There were also visible markings of the marker they used to center the wording. I understand why they did that but it's still very noticeable. This may be a great place for tailoring, however the embroidery was not good. They were able to close up the open tear when I went back however, it was overall a sloppy job and not what I asked for. Bought in a total of 6 items for alterations. 1 Jean, 2 jerseys, 1 button up, and 2 t shirts. I'll start with the jeans. They were designer jeans so I was a little worried, but she knocked it out of the park!! Brought the hems up and kept the original hem so the jeans looked like a factory pair. Couldn't even tell a difference. The two football jerseys she did were amazing too. As you know footballjerseys tend to fit very very long she brought these up, relocated the front tag, and added the original slits on the side. They now fit PERFECT!! The two t shirts were also hemmed and fit perfect as well. She measured me precisely prior and made sure I was happy with the length before pinning everything. She took her time and the work shows. I'm so glad I rolled the dice coming here because this will be my new go-to spot for alterations. Altogether everything was 94$ which I felt was more than reasonable considering the previous tailor I went to near my home charged $180 for a total of two pant hems and one suit jacket hem.
