He understand the roots of your problems! He uses different approaches to treat the issues! That is a very unique. No cookie cutter routines. I've had herniated disc and associated nerve issues. Surgery was my option. However a pain management doctor from H.S.S. recommended Bell PT if I don't want surgery or shots. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. After careful consideration, my mother and I decided to take a chance on Kostas, and upon viewing his clean and intimate office and meeting his staff and office administrator Sunny we were very impressed! Sunny and Jeanette were both very warm and welcoming and as they directed her to the stationary exercise bicycle, my mother was greeted by PT assistants Ryan, Steven, John, and Nico and showered her with attention and guidance to make certain she was using the machines correctly. Finally, she was greeted and interviewed by Kostas himself and we found him to be pleasant, concerned, and quite thorough in his assessment of my mother's needed plan to treat her sciatica. Kostas is very friendly and concerned with the progress of his clients and what also impressed me about him is that he is even friendly with his clients' family members like myself. Kostas always greets people with a fist bump and I found that to be quite endearing. After 16 therapy sessions with Kostas, we can honestly say that Kostas is worth his weight in gold, and we extend that to his terrific staff. The therapy sessions were for my mother but I felt that I too benefited from watching her work hard at her therapy sessions with Kostas and his PT staff and genuinely looked forward to my mother's sessions and found his office to be very welcoming and I'm glad she had completed her therapy in a more intimate and inviting atmosphere as opposed to a large and impersonal office where the staff didn't even pay attention to my mother when something similar happened to her a few years ago.
