The repair man told me that he just unplugged my ice maker and that is was working and told me to let him know if it quit again - it did within a few hours. He told me that he would have to order a part. I have sent 10 texts requesting an update and an ETA on when he would be back to fix the ice maker with no answer. It has been over two months. I understand parts can be backordered, but the lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. If you have a choice, DO NOT use this company.

The older gentleman working admitted to me they mark parts up at least 30%. took me approximately 45 seconds to Google the part and find the correct part for $70, Amazon takes returns. I am sure some have had positive interactions, but I did not. The gentleman I dealt with informed me they could not afford a loss of that magnitude, I had to take it.

I took my refrigerator to All Appliance for repair on November 25, 2022. The employee that unloaded…read morethe unit was rude when I asked if he any idea when it might be ready, then he took my name and number and walked away. I assumed the tech would call and ask what the fridge was doing before repair. On 12 15, 2022 they called and told me it was fixed and I could come pick it up. I picked it up the next day and brought it home. It is quite an ordeal to get it int to the house, but one in and plugged in all seemed well. The next morning the fridge is hot inside again. I called and spoke to the owner of the store and she told me she would send the tec out to my house to look at it. I have stopped by the store twice since then and have been told the tech has alot of work ahead of me and the second time the techs mother has just passed and he was out of town dealing with her affairs. Today February 6 2023 I call and I am told they never said they would come to my house and fix it. When I said the Owner was a liar they hung up on me!
