If that's the case, I'm even more disappointed that they didn't recommend I go elsewhere instead of charging me three times the going rate. When I brought this up, they doubled down and insisted their pricing was average--which it absolutely is not. If you're a woman, a college student, from out of town, or someone unfamiliar with fair pricing in auto services, I strongly caution you against bringing your car here. My son also had to call an Uber to go to work because the owner can't control his anger. Poor management skills! Neither my partner or I raised our voice, cussed at him or was angry. I was frustrated that I had to waste time to walk if he was willing to take cash app from the start in that situation. We were repeat customers and he has previously been good to us and we even hunted him down to make payments to ensure he had them. Now, I'll never use him again or recommend him after what he put my family through. All bc others haven't paid him on time and he "has 7 kids to feed".
