Whether it was needing some rewards for my daughters' sports teams, coaches, etc...or needing new perpetual plates on the various Fantasy Football trophies, or on my most recent trip...needing to FIX said Fantasy Football trophy, Action Awards has always come through. They've been able to fix, procure, and get me what I need in a very quick time and they're always willing to help and provide suggestions. Reasonably priced and very honest. Definitely my go to for all things sports rewards related. I prefer an in-person experience (well I had to bring my trophy in physically), but either way, it's always easier to talk to them in person. My journey with Action Awards started at the tender age of 4 when I received my very first T-Ball trophy. I still get goosebumps looking at it. The quality and craftsmanship (even from way back in the early 90's) is top notch. I challenge you to find a better built trophy anywhere in the Inland Empire!! Upon walking into Action Awards, it's hard to not feel like family. There's Ed, the original mastermind behind the wonderland that is Action Awards. I emailed Action Awards through Yelp and got a response. Their price quote came in at the ballpark I was willing to pay for my dad's name plates. I received a reply on Friday and wanted to pick it up on Saturday but they're closed on the weekends. They said they would work on a sample and send it to me via email on Monday. They followed through and I received a proof. I wanted to see the actual item so I drove down there after work. I dealt with Tanya who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I chose and approved the sample. Tanya informed me that it wouldn't be completed until Tuesday so I left. Within an hour I received a text that my order was completed and ready for pickup. Boy, that was quick! I picked up the plates on Tuesday and I am very happy with the quality and price. The best way to reach customer service is to actually pick up the phone & call in as I am sure their customer service email gets backed up & they can only get through them so fast. Ask for Ed or Michael. They are very helpful. I even had a last minute addition to my office's order because one of my managers forgot to put in an item with our initial request. I called and just asked if they had anything star-shaped to add and they went in the back & came right back to the phone. They had the item ready with the rest of the order. They said my office was not set up for a business account yet when they rung up the the most recent order at the register & they let me go back to my office & send over a credit card authorization since we had ordered with them before. I was given their name from someone in the Upland Chamber of Commerce and was told they did great work, but I wasn't told how great their customer service was!! I called them Monday around 4pm and asked to have a tshirt screen printed for an event happening on Thursday. I talked to Mike and he said he could absolutely get it done! I sent him what I wanted the shirt to look like and within 10 minutes had a reply back with my first proof. I finalized the design Tuesday morning and picked up my shirt on Wednesday around 3pm.
