I can't say enough about this guy and how stellar his customer service was and is. He's a little older with glasses. He is outstanding. The value for me with them is better than the ups shipping. All in all I want able to ship out the package at that moment but regardless, their ownership of helpfulness was beyond what I've experienced in the past. They had tons available, and the salesman took me around the building describing the different models they had, their condition, etc. He even said that if I liked a chair but it had something like a scuff on the arms, they could pull an arm from a different chair and replace it. I bought it some time ago, but the chair is still obviously in great shape, because it's a Herman Miller, and I saved $600-$700. Very happy with the purchase, the business, and the people, and would highly recommend going here.
