Terrible service. Set up an appointment over a week in advance and they said the service person would be at my house between 2 and 4 PM. I waited until 4:30ish with no word from them before calling, and they said they were still about half an hour away. We drove two hours to come out here for this appointment, all for nothing. Definitely avoid this company if you need anything done in a timely manner, or if you appreciate changes to be communicated promptly. read more

Hey Everybody if your looking for a new garage door then Action Door is as far as you need to look !! I talked to Stephane on the phone and she scheduled Jack to come by...he did RIGHT on time in a new super professional looking truck, took measurments on the door and QUICKLY helped me figure out what was the best option. The price was great so I agreed and gave him a deposit. Next thing I know I get an Email from Stephane saying my door is in already !! We scheduled the install and AGAIN Jack showed up RIGHT on time and went to work. I gotta say it's not ofter you see a guy who is just that dang smooth with the tools, I don't know if he took any breaks or not, I wasnt out there the whole time but he had my garage fitted with my KILLER new insulated (spen the extra $$ on the insulated door...totally worth it) door installed and working in like 3-4 hours...left ZERO mess and split. I called Jack Amos and after a missed appointment because of a sick worker, Mr. Amos arrived and was gone in under four hours. In his wake he left two expertly installed security screen doors as well as a fully functional garage door opener with battery backup so I can get out during a power outage that replaced an older one that left my car trapped in the garage during a power outage. He cleaned up the mess and hauled away the rubbish. He measured for a door I want constructed and promised to get back to me with a price. After having a bad experience with A Door, I was fortunate to find Jack from Action Door. His office was the only one who actually answered the phone when I called. He is professional, courteous, patient, and actually offered to service our garage door when we wanted a new one. He is not a pushy salesman. We did purchase a new door at an affordable price and he also had to fix the mistakes on our other garage door that the previous company made. Our garage door wasn't working and we had no idea what was wrong. We received three quotes and when Jack came out he was awesome! He told us what was wrong and told us it was repairable and was reasonably with the price. He fixed it. A month later something else happened. Which Jack came out again and prepared to fix it. However we decided to purchase a new garage door with opener as the old garage door was over 15 years old. Jack was awesome, he showed us our options and as our choice was in stock he was able to install it within the same week. His prices are fair. We love our garage door! Customer service was awesome! What took us so long? Our new garage doors are AMAZING and the company that installed them is even more amazing! Super professional, efficient, tidy and very nice guys. Call Jack when your garage door stops working. He arrived within the one hour time slot that was pre-arranged. Saw the broken spring and had new Springs installed on both sides in 15 minutes flat! He always replaces both Springs, The broken one and the not broken one, so you don't have to call him back later. He explained what he was going to, Did it and re-programmed my remote also. Jack is laid back, respectful and a real pro. I recommend him when your garage door needs service or replacement. His apprentice is now making solo calls which means he is well-trained by Jack. First impression from when the woman called me to schedule an appointment to fix my garage door was great. She was so sweet and friendly, and beyond accommodating. I have a baby who has specific nap time schedules and dogs so I had to have her work around that. Anyways, she asks if I would like the guy to call before he comes on out, knowing my baby's nap schedule and that I have dogs. I said that would be great. He called, and asked if he could come, which worked perfect with my daily schedule. He arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable and got the garage door fixed in not even 15 minutes. Luckily I suppose it was an easy fix, the guy who originally installed the door was probably paid by the job and rushed through it. Come to find out he used too small of a screw on part of the door and it was coming out of the wall. Scary!
