Jack at Action Door did a number of jobs for me, but does not fix his work when he screws up, and he screwed up multiple times for me, and I still suffer daily from the product of his work. I paid him good money to fix a garage man door, and it still hasn't worked right. First, he did a shortcut and replaced part of a door frame, saying that's all it needed and it didn't work, but he still charged me anyway and said it was good, which it is obviously not. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I explained it to him how it did not work, and he brushed it off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have to throw my shoulder & hip into the door every time to get it to latch, after I paid him to fix it and he said it was good. I also had him put a security gate on the man door to my garage, and it was not done right despite my extensive preparation with extra materials that I paid for, all brand, new materials, primed and painted and prepped for him, at the job site, and he brushed it off, saying it was unnecessary. He was wrong The security gate swings into its own frame, always has to be yanked out. It's ridiculous. I showed him and he brushed it off.
