We hired them to install a wheelchair lift in our home as part of a major renovation. As soon as the contract was signed, we had issues. Everyone you deal with is pleasant, but no one feels any need to fix problems or deliver results. Our "project manager" even messed up the measurements for the shaft we constructed so that when we finally took delivery of this thing (after I had to step in to get their permits), it didn't fit in the space! We were looking at complete demolition of months of work, but then the installation team figured out a way to make it fit. I got the impression the installers were the only ones who actually understood the equipment they sell. And here's the best part: 4 months after we moved back in and started using the lift...it broke! Oh, wait, there's an even better part: today they told me it will be at least $400 to come fix it - maybe more if it takes over an hour! Don't be taken in. They are nice people, but until you get to the installers, you're in for a world of frustration.

I had to call the fire department and police department 911came out had no phone service the Home Depot man was so shaken up. I had to give water and put a towel around his neck with cold water. He was passing out, but he did not want to go to the hospital. He was so frightened 45 minutes stuck in that elevator, and we just had it fixed. They were supposed to start a replacement of our elevator in November -December of 2024. They kept postponing it. As of 07/22 they didn't even start. No yelling across the way. My new neighbors said they never heard them. I forgot the name of the foreman, but if I ever move again, I'd like them to do my move. I removed one star because I felt the move was pricey. The standard has been 3 hour minimum. I had a four hour minimum plus the one hour standard travel time. I gave a very detailed list and based on the list is how I received the estimate. In my opinion, I felt that they knew it would be completed in less time and this is how they made their money. The move was completed in two hours. Aside from that, I can recommend this company.

The company seemed professional, had us sign everything online, claimed to be insured, and arrived on time. But after pickup, our belongings never arrived. They were 5 days late and kept giving different stories. We later discovered, on our own, that their truck had flipped over in Virginia, hit another car, and someone tragically died. They never told us the truth. They avoided calls, never took accountability, and offered no help in recovering even a single item. My parents lost everything, family photos, furniture, memories, gone forever. At their age, this has been traumatizing and life-changing. We had to start completely over from zero. The owner is David, and the representative who came to our home was Tuffick. They presented themselves as trustworthy, but when tragedy struck, they disappeared.
