I had to call the fire department and police department 911came out had no phone service the Home Depot man was so shaken up. I had to give water and put a towel around his neck with cold water. He was passing out, but he did not want to go to the hospital. He was so frightened 45 minutes stuck in that elevator, and we just had it fixed. Of course we called Evolution Elevators and they gave us a runaround nobody's there. Mike is not there. This one's not there. It's outrageous. They gave us a hard time. They were supposed to start a replacement of our elevator in November -December of 2024. They kept postponing it. As of 07/22 they didn't even start. The new date ( which you can't believe ) is 08/08/2025. This are the facts about their performance.
