Even though the same-day move we ended up opting for required starting at Albany, 3+ hours away, at 8 am, they were very punctual, and gave updates. The team they sent was led by a gentleman with decades of piano-specific experience, and they nailed everything, exactly as we'd liked. The piano arrived without a scuff, and still in tune to boot.
