We hired them to install a wheelchair lift in our home as part of a major renovation. As soon as the contract was signed, we had issues. Everyone you deal with is pleasant, but no one feels any need to fix problems or deliver results. Our "project manager" even messed up the measurements for the shaft we constructed so that when we finally took delivery of this thing (after I had to step in to get their permits), it didn't fit in the space! We were looking at complete demolition of months of work, but then the installation team figured out a way to make it fit. I got the impression the installers were the only ones who actually understood the equipment they sell. And here's the best part: 4 months after we moved back in and started using the lift...it broke! Oh, wait, there's an even better part: today they told me it will be at least $400 to come fix it - maybe more if it takes over an hour! Don't be taken in. They are nice people, but until you get to the installers, you're in for a world of frustration.

The worse moving company you can find. Alex (Tiger Movers) said in the email that 8 hours would be…read moreenough to move 4 bedrooms. We made all the boxes and they only packed the furniture. They took more than 6 hours only to pack furniture and move boxes. They held our stuff in the truck till we make the full payments at the destination. They said that they are not going to unload the truck till full payment is made. They held our belongings in the truck and said they will leave and will not unload till all the payment is made. Alex was very aggressive. We even told him that we are going to get more money and start unloading. He didn't want to do that till we paid him the money for the hours they worked. We were told in the email that the total will be $800. We were like the most it can go will be $1,200 but he made the bill for $2,298 and he didn't want to come down on the price. I lost my mind when he showed me the bill and said that he's not unloading till all the payment is made. He only wanted cash or money orders which is red flag. He collected the tax but I doubt they pay the taxes. All these moving companies are big scammers. We should get the exact price and pay with credit card so we can dispute the charges and file complaint. I never had a company who held our belongings hostage and wanted the full payment before unloading the belongings at the destination. I'm more than frustrated and angry. So whatever they give you in the quote know it's not accurate then he adds tax. He Nickel and dimes you for every little thing. He used tape i didn't ask for they used 6 rolls of tape and charged me 6 for each other. When I said I wasn't satisfied and asked for the boss or manager he told he wasn't the owner but the manager. I said okay I want to talk to your boss he then told me I'm the one you talk to when you have an issue. Alex is trash. ​
