This was my second time using them, so obviously they provided quick and quality service the first time. This time, I was surprised at the heavy cigarette smoke smell in the lobby. When I got my car back, the entire interior smelled of cigarettes. Clearly the employees are smoking in the garage, and with my car windshield removed the smoke filled my car. Called for an updated quote on a windshield replacement (the second one in 8 mo on the same car from the same co). Guy on the other end tells me that he's too busy to write written quotes. Was supposed to call back with an updated Honda glass quote. Never called back, so I went with Safelite. read more

Like the majority of people out there, making a claim with your car insurance company is never fun so I waited about 4 months until my boyfriend informed me he used Action Glass and the process was simple. I decided to finally fix my cracked windshield and he was right! I called to set up an appointment, they gave me the direct line for a glass claim for my insurance and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Action Glass even followed up with my insurance company for me to ensure everything was set! They came to my office at the scheduled time, set up a tarp as it was raining and worked away. Had my windshield replaced and the following week had water coming in. They blamed it on the sunroof drain and wouldn't take responsibility. ( never had an issue with water before until they replaced my windshield) When they came out to look at the windshield they worked on the car before I was out there and when I went out there you could smell a fresh coat of sealant. Even after the 2nd attempt I still had water coming in. Due to them wanting to charge me another $100 to look into the issue further, I decided to have another company look at the issue. They were able to locate where the water was coming in and resolved the issue. This company does not go by there warranty program. Any future customers I would recommend spending a little extra money and have another company work on your car to avoid such poor quality and service. Doug the manager did not handle the situation well and was so sure it wasn't there fault. (Allendale location). This issue took countless hours to clean the water damage all because the windshield wasn't simply sealed properly. Great job Action Glass!! read more
