I am very pleased with my service at Revolution Car Audio! They installed the sub and amp in already owned, and it only took a couple of hours. After listening to the new system, I was very happy I went with them. Didn't notice any issues, and it was affordable. I rated them a 4/5, only because they didn't call me when my car was done. I had to call THEM, and they ended up informing me that the service was complete...but I'm curious how much time would've passed before they called. I recently had a Jensen radio installed. The radio was competitively priced and scheduling the install was easy. Folks were pleasant to deal with. The radio immediately was a problem due to a warning screen that would not auto-close. The radio required a firmware update right out of the box. I had to come back to Revolution for the required update which they did not properly install, allowing the problem to persist as soon as I drove away. Over the weekend, I contacted Jensen myself, downloaded the firmware update to a flash drive myself and installed the firmware update myself. The radio malfunction should have been caught after install and service after the sale could have been better. read more

Went up to Revolution today to have my windows tinted. Scheduled the appointment about a week ago, and was excited to get this done. When I arrived I was informed that everything in my truck would need to be removed from the back in order to access the glass. No problem, right? Except for the guy made a point to say, "We do not accept responsibility for any of the time in your car." My first question is what does that mean? Like if something is missing or damaged you don't accept any liability for it whatsoever? His answer "No we don't accept responsibility for any items within your vehicle at all." ---- this isn't mentioned in any of website content, wasn't mentioned on the phone, and was only brought up at the time of the appointment. I could have just removed stuff prior to arrival to be prepared, but instead they thought it best to inform me immediately prior. This is unprofessional to the fullest, and why I went to Extreme Car Audio instead. Go to Extreme Car Audio instead. Better service by far, and better quality. Plus the price was better at Extreme anyways. read more

Excellent customer service and workmanship at a reasonable price. My only regret is that we went with the low-quality radio (Jensen) at first. When I expressed my discontent, they upgraded me to a better radio. All I paid was the price difference on the radio (Alpine), but they did the installation at no extra cost. I'm glad they have a cheap radio available, but I will stay away from Jensen in the future. read more

I visited this shop to get a remote start installed on my car. They were very booked and I had to schedule 2 weeks out. I told the employee that my car was push to start and manual transmission and he said the push to start parts and labor is $350. I schedule leave from work so I can have this done on the Friday they have open, even call the day before to make sure everything is still good to go and the employee reaffirms $350 for the parts and labor. I show up the day of, where again I ask how much it is, and the girl at the front say $350. Three employees affirming $350, but when the tech comes out, he tells me actually it's $450. An extra hundred. I try to reason and say look I didn't expect to spend that much because I was told $350 multiple times, and ask if he can just do $400. He then turns me away and says they can't do it. So I take a whole day off from work, wait 2 whole weeks just to be lied to about the price until the very moment of my appointment. My time was wasted. I would not recommend coming here. This business needs educated employees and a better code of business ethics. read more

I took a shot using these guys just because they were the first ones that came up when I searched "stereo installation near me". These guys did a great job! My Jeep has had 7 different owners before me and the wiring is a mess. Jhonny took the time to show me the problems with my wiring and how he was going to fix it. My appointment was the last one of the day, instead of pushing me off because of how bad the wiring was he stayed late and got me out of there with a working sound system an hour after close. read more

I was recommended Revolution by the place that replaced my windshield. I was able to get an appointment quickly for window tinting. Unfortunately my front windows were too dark to see out of at night(I picked out the window tint so my fault. I live in the country without much ambient light). Had my car done here, used a cheap quality tint, Went back multiple times to have them remove it (not even asking for my money back) and they REFUSED. Tint has a hazy look from the inside out, spots developing, cut corner wrong and used a sharpee marker from the inside to color in the missed spot. Getting several orange/bronze spots on the inside around the letters etched in the glass, was told by a competitor that it is from using cheap tint. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, They wont even tell me the brand of the tint so I found a box in their shop and took down the name of it.. I web search it and can not find out any good information on it .. CHEAP TINT.. Not asking for my money back, just remove the crap and let me go somewhere else !! I am continuing my search for the cheap crap they use and will get my issue resolved.. Worst part is I have shown them pictures of the hazy look, showed them in person the flaws and mistakes and they still told me to leave.. NOT SMART... I have 2 other vehicles that were done at Auto Shade ( aka Tint Factory) and they look awesome from the inside out... I brought my car there and they said who installed that crap ? I keep getting told the hazy look is normal .. yet my other 2 cars don't look hazy on the inside... At least Auto Shade can see good quality tint because they use it. read more
