The particular product I used was scheduled to be made in 4-16 weeks. They got it to my house in less than 4. When the masonry arrived to perform the job he claimed I was short by almost 20% of the required product. I called Shawn and he was so kind to review the job specifications/dimensions with me. He assured me that he had accounted for breakage, etc. So I moved forward with the project. Sure enough we had more than enough product left over.

Buyer beware! They're great when trying to get your business, however when my contractor told me…read morewhat I bought would not work (I was referred to the tile shop bc my contractor is a preferred contractor with them) I had to return the edging tile I bought. Mind you, I was charged a $96 restocking fee which if I was returning a pallet of heavy tiles I would understand, but a handful of pencil tiles I could carry in, ridiculous! Then I was refunded an incorrect amount. When I reached out to the manager, he told me unfortunately there were two broken tiles. I told him I returned 63 (to include 3 free ones that were given to me as samples under my contractor's account which I was in no way required to return) so a total of 63 pieces. I explained if only two were broken that still leaves 61 that were not so I should receive a full refund. All of the tiles I bought were wrapped by them and unopened. The 3 samples were not and full disclosure, one of the samples was broken and I was aware when I returned it. He told me all 3 were returned to the contractors account "unbroken"and I would be charged for the broken ones. I can only assume he chose to ignore that the ones that were bought only contained 1 broken and a broken sample and protect the stores bottom line by returning the free ones back to the stores inventory and let the client increw the cost. Unfortunately the manager in my opinion did not do right by this client. If your business model is protect the store and the contractors, then he did his job. I would tell you to beware and ask the what if questions. Also, floor and decor does NOT charge a restocking fee and they are MUCH cheaper

When the control board and pump failed on my existing Bosch dishwasher, I knew exactly where to go so that I didn't have to pearl dive in the sink any more. Lee assisted us again, as he had helped us with our oven. Very knowledgeable and informative, he helped me figure out that getting a model one step up from my initial choice was really a no-brainer (price difference was negligible and features were more comprehensive and intuitive). Prices here are extremely competitive and part of the reason that I returned here was because of their superior installation crew. Now, these are not your builder-grade or builder-supply store selection of dishwashers. I did not, however, go over the top price-wise with my purchase. I feel I got a quality machine at a very fair price that was expertly installed, exactly when they promised it would be here. Highly recommended.
