I bought a few slaps of stone and during installation one was cracked and when I went to purchase another one he was asking twice the amount i had originally paid, claiming that he gave me the wrong stone to begin with and i have to pay the higher price due to their mistakes !! He delayed my construction work by a week trying to decide whether or not he would honor his original price. He actually sent two of his managers, Grezelda and Eric, over my place to inspect the stone .. they are not any better than the owner in regards to customer service and calling back as they say they will. Cheap owner with poor customer service all around !!!

They also did the waterfall island, added more cabinets and repainted the old cabinets. Joanna was so helpful, and she knew exactly what I wanted, like she could picture it in her head when I described my dream kitchen. She also knew which kind of marble I was looking for and helped me find the perfect one for my backsplash. Just look at the outcome! I couldn't be happier with my new stylish kitchen! They offered a 25-year warranty seal on the marble. I hope it will last, but of course I will be careful since natural marble are delicate. One thing is that you might need to prepare to wait a long time. It was a 2 week project that turned out to be 2 months, but it was worth the wait.

After waiting half the day for a call letting me know it was on the way, I randomly look outside and see it next to the street. I was home waiting and received no phone call and no knock on the door. We live on a few acres, so the backyard is quite a ways from the street and was extremely shocked to randomly looked outside and see everything just sitting by the street in the wet grass. You would think with how much it costs and the delivery fee, they would at least knock on the door to see where you would like it dropped. Super disappointing. I will update my review after the product is installed. They made it very clear not to leave it sitting in the sun because the stickers can melt to the panels and it was delivered and is now sitting in the hot Texas sun, so hopefully it won't damage it before it is installed tomorrow.

He came exactly on time, worked diligently until the job was complete, covered my rugs so they were stain free where he worked, and cleaned up after himself. I'm so pleased with the final product. Buying a door is one thing, but if it's not installed properly no matter how good a product it is, things will just not look right. Caleb did a fabulous job. I would buy again through the Clearance Center as long as I knew the person installing their product was as professional as he was.
