The tech made sure and got the part and installed it that night. He stayed until 6:30pm to see the job through. My 8 1/2 month pregnant wife and I would've had to go without heat that night in freezing temperatures if he did not do such an expedited job. They wanted it to wait until Monday. It's 100 degrees outside and I have guests in town. According to them, they do not call anyone from 8pm-8am and they are closed on the weekends. If that's true, then they should advertise that. Then, I would have called someone else to begin with. I purchased my air-conditioner from them a few years ago. Also, if someone leaves you a negative review you should do better, not call the customer upset.

He gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes before showing up and when he got here he diagnosed the problem with the inside fan and had it working again within an hour. Dale and his partner(sorry didn't catch his name) were kind and courteous.
